I walked into Costa a bit down but Maisie and Kat were both able to lighten up the mood with their brilliant service. Hence, I will not hesitate to pay a visit to this Hoddesdon Costa next to Morrison whenever I’m in the area!

Good coffee, average food, lots of precooked stuff, they have an outside seating area, but not somewhere you can really relax, shame they don't allow pets inside like many of the other coffee shops in town.
Amazing service with an incredible smile from a lady named Chloe, made an amazing Flat White that not only had incredible art, but the flavor rocked my world!! What a gem of an employee!
Went in to redeem my frappe voucher to day,,the staff were so helpful I was actually amazed the young lady that served me greeted me with a smile which is so unusual now days.
The shop was extremely busy but the tables were cleared and cleaned as soon as they became vacant.
Full marks to the manageress Fatima and her staff.

It's a Costa coffee. You get what you would expect of the chain in terms of product. The service is efficient and friendly.

The best coffee shop I’ve every been to, but then if anyone can run a coffee shop well it’s the great team of Kat, Tanya, Phil, Jo, Miki and Izzy. They service me regularly and they’re always so thorough, going above and beyond even when I have specific needs of them. I mean wow, I could hardly walk due to their ability to make me feel special. If you come here, be sure to tip well as they’ll be more than worth it

Coffee with a smile. You know what you're getting; coffee and snacks. 3 (masked) customers allowed inside at a time at the moment. Big screen up in front of the till and food. 2 small tables for 2 (max) outside. Hopefully back to normal soon.
The staff in the Hoddesdon shop are always so nice & friendly. I have been going to this costa since it first opened and the staff have always been lovely. The store is always clean & tidy.
Very friendly experienced staff, they have a great laugh with all there customers which makes a big difference and most importantly my flat white is always made to perfection.
Brilliant every time! Staff are all so pleasant and polite. Manager is always so happy and cheerful, absolute pleasure visiting this store.
