Overall the price of the food/drinks at any Greggs is fantastic. Cheap and accessible for all incomes!
Speed of Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
On this particular visit, the time between placing my order and receiving my food and drinks was very quick.
Food Quality: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Overall quality of the food I ordered was really good. Best thing about Greggs is the freshness. Making their own sandwiches fresh every morning and baking fresh produce throughout the day.
Restaraunt Cleanliness: ⭐️⭐️
As seen in the photos. The main cabinets had many dirty trays left in them. With frosting and topping over them. From a customer perspective it doesn’t look very good.

I had no major issues with my visit. However the cabinets look pretty poor. The general display of products doesn’t show them off it a good way. Piling more products into one tray doesn’t look good when they’re stuffed up the side. The hot pastry cabinet also looked all over the place.
At the time of the visit, not much left to buy (11:00 AM). New stuff due out, but couldn't wait).
This is a nice local branch, with more seating available than I've seen at any other Greggs.

Served by Sean today (not sure if this is how he spells his name) Very friendly, polite and helpful guy.
This might not be the Ritz, but the food is always consistent, tasty and an indulgent occasional treat. (As opposed to my healthy eating, meat limiting, veggie consuming, yawn, lifestyle) A shortage of staff seems to be the norm at present, which must be demoralising for the staff that they have retained.
Just wanted to say well done to today's staff and thanks for the great service from the three of you this morning.

Toilet facilities have combination locks on.....couldnt get staffs' attention......too busy serving.

Very impressed with attitude of staff. I clumsily knocked my coffee over and they cleaned it up cheerfully and even offered me a replacement.
Good value baguette. Only criticism - air conditioning set too low now outside temperature cooler.
Be warned you need a code to access the toilets
For the past few weeks I have been going into Gregg's on a Sunday and have been served by a young lad called Dylan he gives fantastic customer service and is a great asset to your company.Nothing is too much trouble and he is very polite .I do hope he is congratulated

Great and loving the vegan options but lack of babyccino/hot milk keeps it from being 5 stars. The little ones end up having the hot chocolate which is very sugary.
