Huge respect to the staff here that put in a lot of physical effort to make coffee all day, always cleaning up after people, only to deal with karens like the ones below on a daily basis that go on a power trip and make a scene over assumptions just because they are not happy with themselves.

Whenever i go to Hitchin and if not to busy I like to pop into Costa for a flat white and sometimes a pastry. They still make best flat white I asked for extra hot and frothy it was. Even when very busy staff have always been polite I cannot fault the customer service so thank you guys see you very

Was here on Saturday 6th. Lunch time. A very busy time of day I’m guessing. Staff politely asked me to stick to the social distancing stickers on the floor (which I happily did) staff are friendly and happy and got served very quickly and professionally. A young lady was guiding people into the shop

Came here today. Store was rammed pack with customers and only 2 staff members (was short staffed according to staff member on till) Every table was taken but chose to takeaway. Was served quickly and efficiently by a staff member who was happy and cheerful (great at upselling) coffee was extra hot

Although this Costa gets busy,especially around lunchtime, they do have the staff to get the queue down quick! Unless they are training! Always nice to have a coffee here but I feel more attention to whoever they employ to clean the toilets..Ive been going to this Costa for Years and fed up of clamm

I came in with my 3 year old who was in need to use the toilet.the lady at the till (I think her name was Denizia) politely informed me that toilets are for customer use only.i said no problem,let me order before we use the toilets.my 3 year
