I have been a to Bar Amigo several times now and on each occasion the service and food have been fantastic. It’s also worth a visit to the little cocktail bar upstairs which serves some mean cocktails . Would recommend to friends .
Had a fab night here and cannot recommend enough! Awesome food..great tequila..lovely atmosphere.. but what really made it was the staff.... attentive..friendly..helpful..welcoming. thank you so much (Judy and Amy?).. we are coming back!

Ordered from Amigos on Deliveroo and the beef burrito and the mushroom and halloumi burrito were delicious and so was the nachos and salad
Met a friend in Amigos last night. Ordered two starters the homemade meatballs & nachos. The meatballs in spicy chilli sauce was delicious with the right heat, the nachos were loaded just how they should be.
For main we had the king prawn tortilla & the mushroom with Halloumi. Mains were freshly cooked to order fabulous salad on the side & we washed this down with cocktails. The staff were very attentive & looked after us.

Service outstanding -After sheepishly informing the waitress (and the two delightful trainee girls) that I am vegan she made sure that the vegetarian dishes were tweaked to meet my needs. This was great as this is not the case in many places.
I thought the atmosphere was relaxed, warm and comfortable.
Food good.
Had a really nice meal, the steak was gorgeous. The restaurant is clean and well presented, the upstairs bar is small but perfect for a pre-meal drink if you fancy it. The service was friendly and the location is ideal to either continue having more drinks or to have a quiet meal and head home.
Eaten here twice now, after the first time we were eager to come back and we certainly weren't dissapointed with the second experience either! The place is beautifully decorated with a very homely atmosphere, mood lighting that doesn't leave you blindly fumbling in the dark and very pleasant staff! It's not a big place so booking is a must but it's not overly cramped when full.
Very well recommended, we shall certainly be back.
Nice food! Loved the chips and the nachos
Early dinner with my wife. The staff were fantastic as was the food. We had veggie empanadas and calamari starters which were delicious. The ribs and Brazilian stew we had for our mains were amazing too and we had a side of halloumi chips. I love South American food and Bar Amigo is my now top of my list. We will definitely be back again soon!
Lovely little restaurant. The lady owner is lovely and remembered us from previous visits. Food good size and always hot! Drinks also need to be tried 😊🍸🍹
Quaint building with low ceilings and wooden beams. The function room upstairs features its own bar and is ideal for a gathering of up-to fifty people. Reasonable selection of beers and spirits. Staff were friendly and helpful.
We were a birthday party of 6. Amazing front of house, the Manager goes above and beyond. Food and cocktails excellent. Would highly recommend

Granted there was a big group of us (10-12) but the service wasn't very good, very slow. The food was nice however and the cocktails are always nice upstairs in the small bar too!
