Fussey & Baer - Hitchin - Photo album

Great place with excellent atmosphere. The cake we got was so delicious we ordered an extra piece! The only down side is that some cake pieces of the same cake were smaller than others so it was a bit of lottery which is not ideal since all pieces of the same cake cost the same. The dirty chai late
Such a lovely place!!! I really like this place for coffee especially winter time . I love the pastries and the healthy bars Good job guys!!!
This is a super little place with great atmosphere. You can see as soon as you step in this place is made homely... Simple, clean, yet welcoming. They have a great selection of cakes and desserts. Great food, the grilled sandwich is prob the best I've had yet! And they do amazing coffee!!! Excell
The coffee chains have their uses but if you are in Hitchin and fancy something a bit special coffee wise, come on in here. We had a latte and a flat white - excellent. If that wasn't enough, we then had one of their excellent pastries. So good, I took a bite before taking the photograph - sorry.
Been coming here for a few months now and it's become our favourite Sunday spot for breakfast. Delicious cakes, good choices on the menu clean place and it's nice and warm. Staff are friendly 😊
An excellent shop. Delicious pastries and good coffee. They will sell you an aeropress coffee - black and full-flavoured - which is always a good sign. The outdoor tables are good for people spotting.
Only managed to pop in here 10 minutes before closing but experienced good service and what I would call a satisfying Cappuccino. Super minimalist hipster vibes but that's Hitchin now. Really liked the concrete lamp shades. Has a few tables outside to sit on. Shall return for coffee here if convenie
Good cup of coffee, need to ask the customer if they like chocolate on top first...service a bit aggressive...end of hot busy Saturday...need improvement by the kids behind the counter ☕🤷‍♂️
Amazing independently owned coffee shop in the heart of Hitchin. An amazing location and perfect for taking a beat, sitting down and watching the world go by. The staff are excellent and personable, great fun to be around an clearly excited and knowledgeable about what they do. The owner, Jenny ha
Nice place, we decided to have breakfast fast here after a friend suggested it. Coffee and pastries were good. Little advice: give a napkin with the pastries instead of only a knife, it's more useful.
Great food and friendly staffs! I love their granola with banana, yoghurt and honey and of course their great coconut cap. Yummy!
Coffee is brewed very well. Really nice gluten free options. Seating outside is wonderful in warm weather - the inside is tricky for pushchairs as space can be tight.
Cool cafe for coffee and a quick bite. Friendly and efficient staff.
This was the first coffee shop I tried when I first went to Hitchin and having now tried them all, I can safely say this is the best. The staff are great, very friendly and welcoming and give off a great community spirit. The coffee is made perfectly with regards to size and temperature, no matter w
Had an absolutely slammin' sandwich here.. Super impressed!
A local shop owner (sports shoes) recommended this as the best coffee in Hitchin. What he did not tell me was it also has the friendliest service and delicious cakes like Gazillionaire and orange, lemon and lime cake (from a Mediterranean or Moroccan recipe I guess). We thoroughly enjoyed everything
Great flat whites, nice cakes and delicious food.
