Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the lovely member of staff that offered to cut my pizza up for me whilst I was breastfeeding, it was very kind and thoughtful of you, thank you. Also, the baby changing facilities are great, with complimentary nappies and nappy bags and a lovely, clean musical mobile above the changing table. Taking 2 children out for lunch can be very stressful but you made it all a little bit easier. Thank you

We had a wonderful experience here as a family of 5. We were served by a nice gentleman, Brandon. He was nice, cortious and provided service with a big smile. Thanks Brandon. That kind of attitude adds to the dining experience.
The ambiance of the restaurant is nice and inviting. The pizza selection is vast and they even have gluten free options. A kids menu is also available. The calamari is superb, crunchy and nice. I had the thin crust pizza which was full of flavour!. Definitely a great spot for a family with small kids. Their activity sheets are superb too. They kept the kids engaged in fun while we waited for our order.

A very decent pizza restaurant. A good range on the menu including lower calorie options. Everyone in my party enjoyed what they had. In particular my lime sorbet was an excellent finish. The service was both good and friendly given how busy the place was and the small number of staff on hand.

Myself and the wife have become quite fond of it here, tend to eat at the Hitchin restaurant quite regularly. Today we popped in for a late lunch.
All staff on previous visits have been amazing. Sash who served us today and has done before was very polite and accommodating, great service. Excellent and tasty food as always, look forward to our next visit.
Always good here, we're always made to feel welcome and tonight was no exception, our littluns birthday and Brandon pulled out all the stops to make sure she had a great time, so thank you. Also on many previous visits we've been looked after by Wendy who is also top class, great fun and smiley. Cheers guys.
Myself and my friend came for a last minute meal out together we don't see each other often so it is always nice. We were served by a lovely gentleman called sash, 5 star in all aspects and worked his socks off all night. Very professional and kind a credit to your company.
