Great English breakfast. The hash browns with chilli mayo and crispy onions are brilliant.
Went here for brunch with some friends and I had the sourdough toast with scrambled egg and bacon and then the nduja tater tots on the side. I enjoyed and probably would go back. They don’t take bookings but we didn’t have to wait long for a table.
Best breakfast I have had since being diagnosed with coeliac!! Gluten free bread was lovely. Couldn’t recommend more. Cool vibe too.
Lovely customer care, food is absolutely amazing, and the coffee is perfection. Lovely decor, very peaceful. Prices reflect the quality of the food. Would definitely recommend a visit.
Been here a couple of times and had really good food
Lovely cosy café with a great menu. The peach French toast was delicious!
The food is really good. I had the Groundworks breakfast and asked to replace the mushroom by another egg. My partner had the avocado on toast with two poached eggs. We both had coffee also. The food was nice but this place is slightly more expensive than the usual and I didn't felt it was worth the
Food was spot on, very pretty and very tasty. Nice variety too for breakfast/lunch. Service was mixed, some good some average. Cutlery was dirty over and over again, which does leave an icky feeling when the food comes.
Been here a few times and I always get the scrambled egg on sourdough toast. It's delicious! The scrambled eggs are so soft and fluffy it's like they melt in your mouth. Staff are friendly and helpful. I will be back for more 😁
Small, friendly cafe serving high quality drinks and food. Approximately 8 to 10 tables outside, inside approx 15 covers. On a Saturday morning we waited 15 minutes for a table, but no shortage of customers queueing despite lots of neighbouring competition which indicates high regard. My Groundworks
