I highly recommend this restaurant. We’ve been to Deroka many times and always happy with the service and food!
On this special occasion it was my son’s Holy Communion. My son specifically picked this restaurant to celebrate with family and friends. What a wonderful choice he made. From booking the table right through to the day was wonderful customer service. A special menu was put together for the occasion, decorations were put up, ice cold jugs of water were set up for when we arrived. Changes on the day were not a huge issue. The owner was so welcoming and extremely kind to everyone. Thank you for such a lovely day!! The food was fantastic, the service was amazing and all were so happy with the day. Thank you for making my son’s day so special.
The Mixed fish skewer for me was absolutely delicious. Never had one before. I went on a Tuesday evening so was not too busy. I believe I was served by the manager and was really welcoming, attentive and professional. Good location and will be back again soon. Thank you.
My girlfriend & I stopped in as we was passing and I'm glad we did. The restaurant is lovely and cosy, the service was superb and the food was to die for. I had the swordfish steak & my girlfriend had the lamb kofta, beautifully cooked and very tasty. We will definitely visit again as there is so much I wanna try on the menu.

This is a lovely restaurant in Hitchen. When we went, it was very quiet for a bank holiday weekend. The food was delicious and the service was pleasant. I'm unable to recommend any dishes, as my order isn't on the list below.

Took my team of 6 here for lunch the other week, and had their lunchtime menu. Food was amazing, everyone had different items and all agreed it was really good. We had starters and main course, then about 2 drinks each. Total bill came to just shy of £100 which I thought was good value for 7 heads. Would definitely come here again!
This is an amazing place to eat. The food is beautiful and the service is really good. Clean and beautifully decorated. I wouldn’t eat anywhere else .
Two course lunch for less than £15 in a very cosy restaurant what not to like! Foods were yummy and good quality. We had a nice lunch and lovely service. We would love to order Turkish tea/coffee or turkish wine but were not on the menu. A little gem in town 🌟
On a bit of a whim we just checked out a number of eating places in the town centre and settled on Deroka because it had the most varied menu at reasonable prices. We were the only customers at first but not for long. What surprised and delighted us wsd the quality of the food, delicious and fresh. Prices really do compare well with others that have less on offer. Service was faultless too. We will definitely be back!

Had lunch here today for the first time. Food very nice, staff attentive and not a bad price. Board outside on display states 2 or 3 course lunch from £11.90 but when we asked for the lunch menu we were advised the offer only Monday to Friday so why is the board there? Sharp practice I think. We could have left but didn’t but doubt I’ll return.
A very pleasant restaurant with tasty food at reasonable prices. It has a cozy atmosphere with old beams visible and a friendly owner.
Went in on Thursday lunchtime & only a table of 4 were in at the time.
OMG, the starter & main course were simply delicious! Really good portions too.
We shall definitely return.
