Lovely village coffee shop cafe serving a pretty well stocked menu for hot and cold food and drink.
Nice surroundings and small seating area outside opposition the village green, ideal to watch the world go by.
Lovely lunch of Norfolk ham sandwich, panini, cheesy chips for 4 of us with drinks less than £40.
Definitely recommend it.
An unexpected stop to a quaint little tea room on our through travels. Great selection of cakes and good food. The Earl Grey tea was the best I've had. Enjoyable visit for a Sunday brunch.
Lovely little tea shop with a good selection of homemade cakes which were disappearing out the cabinet like lightning !
We just had cheesy chips and a mocha each. Damn good chips, decent cheese and plenty of it. Coffee was good and hot (I hate tepid coffee…) £14.95 for a he two of us.
Busy. You often have to book or if not, it’s a game of chance. We were lucky today and got a space
Fab antique shop just next door is also worth a browse
We had the board games afternoon tea. The sandwiches and home made cakes and scones were delicious, which were served in the theme of different board games. The scones were brought out warm when we were ready to eat them. The staff are helpful, and very attentive and nothing was too much trouble.
The coffee and sausage sandwich were lovely.
The bread was fresh and the sandwich was served with a garnish.
Latte was hot, some places you can drink straightaway.
We took a rhubarb and ginger scone home with us, it was delicious, so fresh and light.
Will definitely call in here again.
All served up by a friendly waitress.
What a great little place. There’s not a huge selection of main meals but the quality is consistently fab! We never fail to find something we both thoroughly enjoy. Whether it’s a pannini or salmon & mushroom en croute. The staff are always very welcoming. I would advise booking a table if you’re planning on visiting as it’s really popular. Plus there’s a lovely gallery and antique shop both practically next door. Perfect.
Gorgeous Peter Rabbit Afternoon Tea for my daughters 35th birthday, we thoroughly enjoyed the cakes, even my 4 year old grandson enjoyed his cheese sandwich and chips and cream egg brownie.
Gorgeous little tea room serving sandwiches to take away, classic cream tea, ice cream, full English breakfast and Sunday roast. We regularly pop in and order sandwiches to take away, great quality and price, very convenient. They have a bench outside and two tables for when the weather is nice. Inside is quite small and you’re lucky to get a seat on a Sunday as the Sunday lunch is quite popular. Very high standard of cleanliness and very well presented. Great selection of sandwich fillings, also service alcoholic beverages with food. The food itself is very tasty, very well presented and well worth the money. Staff are really friendly and welcoming, top notch service.
Booked for a fairly large party and the staff catered to our needs well. Table reserved with no issue and the food was delicious. Cute little tea shop, definitely worth a visit. I would recommend booking in advance as there is limited seating.
We popped in as we were passing although booking is advised. There are a few tables indoors and out doors as well as a few high stools to sit at the window and watch the world go by.
The menu is varied with brunch, breakfast and sandwiches and jackets.
There are a number of delicious cakes and deserts available.
There was not a vegan option but a number of vegetarian.
There is a take out menu if you can't get a table.
We had sandwiches which came with a salad garnish. The ham was thickly cut and delicious and the mature cheddar had lots of flavour.
The tea and coffee was a good quality and the cake moist and full of flavour without being crammed with icing.
The service was good.
We sat outside as it was a little echoey inside (my sensitivity, not an issue with the cafe) unfortunately the view was limited as there were so many cars parked everywhere.
We will certainly be heading back as the experience was a pleasant one and the food seemed of good quality.
Great place for food and coffee
A ‘meet in the middle destination’ village for me and my friend so ended up at their Coffee Shoppe.
Service was a bit shocking to start off with as they didn’t even acknowledge me standing at the counter (waiting for a menu) for a long time. And when we did finally get them the waitress was super timid and could hardly hear her when she spoke to come and take our order.
However, it ended up being super lovely food, the waitress came out of her shell and they even did an amazing takeaway roast dinner to take home for my partner when I left.
Great little venue. We’ll definitely be back and very much looking forward to it
Would thoroughly recommend a visit to everyone else too
Delicious Winter Wonderland Afternoon Tea as a belated birthday treat. Superb service and really good value for money.
Unexpected visit today , GF
Lovely roast beef dinner , fabulous meringue, apple, cinnamon, with cream GF
Absolutely delicious 😋.
Only had a latte as it was a quick visit. Enjoyed it very much as it was nice and hot.
The lady that served us wad very polite and I noticed she gave the furniture a good wipe over after each customer had left.
Will definitely pop back for something to eat when I have more time.
Amazing place to eat at. We all had the full English breakfast which you couldn't fault. Great service and friendly staff. Eill definitely be back.
