Went the other night with mates on an all you can eat and drink deal, had a great night, had some lovely freshly made pizza and really great cocktails.. atmosphere was great, much different to what I've come to expect from Wigan establishments, keep up the good work folks and be the exception to the rule always. 👍
Got two pizzas to take home, brisket and properoni. The dough was fantastic sauce good, cheese good amount, toppings a bit sparse - I will ask for extra next time! Only thing I was a bit not keen on was the sweet glaze/drizzle on the brisket - too sweet for me. Excellent will go again but eat in next time! Well done team Dough 👍

The place is superb having previously worked at the bank it is great to see what they have done to the place.
It's light and has a very modern feel.
There's a lovely flower wall for the insta poses.
Food was great and out of 5 plates all that was left was a few crusts and 1 slice of pizza.
When one of the pizzas arrived it was missing an egg which the server noticed and corrected straight away. We even got a pizza dip on the house as an apology.
Food was of good quality and tasted nice.
I LOVE that these guys support local and the Blonde Ale is brewed at a micro brewery just a few hundred metres away!
My only criticism is the lack of sides on the menu. We would have liked fries , onion rings etc as an option.

I went here with my family a couple days ago and it was perfect. If I could I would rate this place with 6 stars! From the decor, to the staff to the pizza, everything was amazing. The building has a great atmosphere with beautiful furniture and stunning decorations. The staff were very welcoming and were with us whenever we needing something. They were quick to serve drinks and come to take our orders which was brilliant and much appreciated. They were genuine and nice people who were extremely kind from minute one.
The pizza was one of the best pizzas I have ever had, it was truly outstanding . I had the pulled-pork pizza and everything was done and cooked to perfection. They were quickly made and had a perfect base which wasn’t to soft nor to hard.
I would definitely recommend this place and definitely go again.

All 4 starters were excellent and my calimari was the best I've ever had.
We bought 4 different pizzas that were all delicious and only a couple of slices were left despite our best efforts (which the Dough team boxed up for us to take home).
There was even a midweek deal where every 2nd pizza was just £2 😁
Desserts and coffees to finish were just as good quality and every bit as tasty as the first 2 courses
We'll definitely be back again soon

What a fab restaurant. On arrival greeted by friendly staff and shown to our table. Looking through the menu there's lots of choices and surely something for everyone. I chose mozzarella and porcini arancini... Balls of rice, cheese and meat covered in bread crumbs. What more could you want! Really tasty!
For the main pizza event I chose the Olde English... Basically a breakfast on a pizza, including the fried egg! Some on the table thought it an odd choice but honestly you've got to try it. The runny egg was a welcome addition as a bread dipper for the fabulous tasting pizza crust. Other notable pizza options on the table were the bbq pulled pork and the hot and spicy. All of them looked fantastic and was assured they tasted just as good.
Feeling totally full at this point but still had to have a look at the desert menu. There's a few to choose from but by far the most popular in the restaurant was the signature cookie dough with 4 flavours to choose from.
Staff were attentive throughout the night making sure we had everything and that our glasses were full. With it being one of the first nights of opening there were some minor teething problems but certainly nothing that would put me off coming back. I would highly recommend Dough to everyone in the area. Another great restaurant from the team behind Summat to Ate and Kore.
Really enjoyed the bottomless brunch. Only criticism is that it wud be better if you dimmed the lights a bit towards the end. Staff members on the night were lovely.

Nice place to eat out, affordable and good services environment. A place perfect even for someone like myself who chose to visit alone for a evening meal. The only downside is how expensive a glass of pepsi or anything alike is. Other than that would reccomend.
Booked for a birthday meal on Sunday, dropped off a banner & cake the day before and everything was ready for when we arrived the next day. Service was attentive & everyone loved the food. Thank you
Had a lovely meal here with family and it was relaxed clean and everything you'd want of a quiet chilled easy dinner out.

30/6/23 Isaac on first shift was excellent server and deserved recommendation. Earned the worthy tips tonight for excellent service and keeping my brother in law in check with excellent banter. Seriously the Friday night feel good Fridays are an amazing deal and all 6 of us in our party loved the occasion.
As a regular Summat ta ate diner tonight's Dough evening was brill.
I have had an excellent evening celebrating my wife's birthday.

We had a lovely time. I went midweek with my husband around 5.30pm. It was quiet when we arrived but filled up during our visit. The staff were helpful and friendly. The pizza's were absolutely delicious we shared a brisket and caramelised onion and a piri piri chicken pizza, i had a dessert and we had a bottle of wine and the bill came to just over £40 as they had an offer on. If you like pizza this is well worth a visit.. They do do some pasta dishes also but i haven't tried those yet!

Me and my husband visited Dough for the first time tonight and were not disappointed.
The decor and building itself is absolutely gorgeous. The vibe was lovely even down to the music playing.
Staff were so attentive and friendly.
We had the valentines day set menu and this was really good value for money. I couldn't find a fault in anything and we both really enjoyed our pizzas.
There was a good choice of drinks - soft and alcoholic.
If you are looking for a chilled evening with lovely food and great value for money then I would definitely recommend Dough.
This is an excellent spot serving home made delicious pizza in a wonderful setting. The staff were so friendly and attentive and the food was absolutely brilliant.
Can't wait to go back and eat there again. Plenty of options for veggies and vegans also.

Myself, my partner and my two boys absolutely loved our experience at Dough in Hindley.
The decor and relaxing ambience is welcoming, and the staff were accomodating and friendly.
The quality of the food was top drawer; pizzas are just delightful, and the desserts are to die for. Even my eldest son, whom is notoriously fussy with food, absolutely loved it.
We will absolutely be coming back
We went for a birthday treat for my kids birthday today, we expected good things and it did not disappoint!
We had pizzas, the pulled pork croquettes, garlic bread and halloumi fries. Every bit of the meal was spectacular!
The pizza was the best I have had in many years, the staff are really friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and the place is immaculately presented.
I would highly recommend the place. Well done Dough.
