Ordered a dipping boneless feast to be delivered as a treat for the family. Delivery was fast and can not fault the delivery driver. However, the dipps were missing from the ordered dipping boneless feast!! When we called the store it took over 10minutes for the manager to agree to talk to us only

Shocking experience Paid for large drink. No large cup. No knife forks anything to eat my meal No serviettes to wipes fingers. Shocked at the service. Tables left unclean for over 25 mins. Second visit. Second time I am disappointed

Probably the worst KFC experience ever. Fries are often disappointing at KFC but these were terrible. They were anaemic, were not and never had been crispy. They were were not far off raw. Friendly and helpful staff. Took advantage of the 9 pieces for £5.99 and the girl advised us we could have chios and a side for an extra £2.49. Really reasonable and tasty dinner

It was nice experience at kfc. The food was well cooked and served very well. I appreciate the work of kfc employees as they provide good services to their customers. Very kind hearted.

A contractor using this KFC has made alterations to their meal for the last 2 nights with no issues, has been accommodated until tonight when the changes asked for were denied. Very disappointing will not be returning

Service was a little slow but there was a notice saying that there were delays. Food was fine nowhere near as greasy as it used to be but it's KFC so it was still slightly greasy. Chips were lovely which I always used to hate but they have much more flavour these days.

We much prefer this KFC to the Nuneaton Weddington one. The staff are always happier, food fresher and hotter. One downfall is the length of time it takes to take orders BUT I can see past that 😊
