First time here, for the Valentine's day. Our server was Anita who was more than helpful. Since we'd never dined there before she went through the menu and explained in good detail what to expect. She also gave us recommendations to match our preferences. Both were very satisfied with service and meal. Will definitely be back again!
I nearly cancelled after reading the reviews but went with an open mind! If i had to find criticism, i couldn't! The staff were attentive, warm, friendly and couldn't have done enough for us. It was a busy Saturday night, the food was fresh, hot and delicious at a good price! Frankly, I've waited longer for a Big Mac! Either they have addressed the issues or they were genuine mishaps that can't be helped! We even had free deserts from signing up to the mailing list! Well done Prezzo hinckley! We'll be back ���
Had a lovely evening in Prezzo. The hostess and waitress were both lovely. Food was delicious, we had king prawns and mozerella sticks to start and they were yummy! For mains we both had pizza, they were brought out quickly and were delicious! Just across from the cinema, which was handy for us. Friendly atmosphere, will visit again! Thanks!

Just want to add a positive review to Prezzo (Hinckley). We visited last night and after reading the reviews was a bit sceptical. However we had a fantastic evening, food was fab, service quick, waitresses very helpful. The lady in charge, Anita, told us she has overhauled the whole place after poor reviews. She was lovely, approachable, informative and I hope this restaurant goes from strength to strength.
Food was absolutely brilliant, service was slightly slow, but we were offered a free round of drinks, which more than made up for it. Great selection of delicious Italian meals, so would highly recommend :)
An absolutely superb evening with friends and family. Ellie was so helpful and kind, taking me through the allergen menu and making sure I could eat what I’d selected. She and Miss were very attentive, the food delicious, and the puddings! Yum!

We have visited Prezzo at Hinckley many times now and have NEVER been disappointed. The food has always been delicious, served hot and promptly with all the table being served at the same time (and we always tend to visit in groups larger than 8). Emma and her team are always very attentive, warm and sociable and professional. It is refreshing to see good old customer service still exists. This is why we keep coming back! I like the Prezzo chain. Good food, trendy design and affordable prices comes to mind when I think aboutPrezzo. Plenty car parks around, I prefer St Mary's Road Car Par(it's free after 6pm) which max. 4 mins walk from this restaurant. It's located in a trendy area full of other restaurants, cafes, shops and a cinema. Very busy during the hot summer nights.
So, moving on to the food. Another exceptional dinner I just had yesterday. It was a little unfortunate that they didn't have Tiramisu nor hot drinks, but it wasn't the end of the world. The food was tasty, portions probably a little too large. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
The place is easy to find. Easy place to park is at the Sainsbury that's 5 minutes walk. The staff is nice and quick with the food, respecting covid laws, you can order from the restaurant or online and just pick it up. The place is very clean food is very good with fresh ingredients, the pizza crust is nice and thin as it should be, pizza cooked on fire. The only downside is that the pizza box gets cold quite quickly... 2nd thing the pizza isn't sliced. The security seal on the pizza box is funny😄😄

Prezzo Hinckley offers a great dining experience with excellent service and quality food. As a vegetarian, I was pleased with the variety of options on the menu, and I particularly enjoyed the vegan chicken Alfredo pasta, which I highly recommend. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting, making it a great place for a casual lunch out with friends or family. I would suggest adding more staff on weekends to ensure faster service. Overall, Prezzo Hinckley is a great choice for anyone looking for delicious food and a welcoming ambiance.
We've visited Hinckley Prezzo many times, and consistently receive great personalised service and food to match. Starters, pasta's and pizza are fantastic and I'd fully recommend the restaurant.
In particular, our most recent encounter had Moss helping us with our take away order, providing a friendly and helpful service throughout - so a massive thank you to Moss and the team.

I can't say how happy I was to eat in here. The staff was very friendly, the place was clean and the food was amazing. I definitely recommend and I will return here soon.

The first time I came I was very disappointed, the pasta had no flavour, no seasoning and I wasn't satirised with the food. However I came again a second time and got another pasta dish to see if it was a bad day, and the food tasted amazing. So much flavour and felt like someone had taken a lot of time to make the dish taste great. I found out the chef who made my dish was called Corey. If you ever go to prezzo and he is the chef you are in for a treat. Me and my party enjoyed all the food a lot and made up for the bad experience we had a few weeks prior. Corey is an asset to the team at Prezzo!
A wonderful place with great food at good value for money. Great for families. Work parties and social events. Free parking after 6pm in the local council car parks

My daughter Bella went for lunch with a group of 8 friends on bank holiday Monday for her 18th, the staff were brilliant when I booked and came in to set the table up, the food was fantastic the staff so attentive and accomadating and she had a fantastic day 10/10
Great place. Especially for people with ceoliac disease. 3 in my family. we can all enjoy a meal out with such a variety of choices
