Yesterday was my daughters 30th and we had the roof top terrace all to ourselves. When it was booked we did not know that Cafe Espanol didn't open Thursdays but they did especially for us. The food, drink and ambience was just perfect and the staff really couldn't do enough for us . Highly recommended Thank you so much for everything you did .

We had a fabulous evening at Cafe Espanol celebrating my sister Tiffany’s 30th Birthday. The food, staff and ambience really sets this place apart. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys they really do go above and beyond. Can not wait to return..

Fabulous food, five tapas dishes shared between two, all delicious particularly the prawns in chili & garlic. The wine was good and not over priced. A lovely atmosphere in the restaurant, it didn't seem like we were in Hinckley. We will definitely be revisiting.

Fabulous friendly staff , authentic tapas (powerful alioli!) . Inexpensive change for a lunch rendezvous. (I love having the chance to practise my Spanish !) They have other food available as well as live music some evenings too... an authentic little bit of Spain in Hinckley

Highly recommend! The first time we had been and it was a wonderful evening. The food was perfect, the service excellent and so reasonably priced. We will definitely be back. It's also just down from the pestle so you can have a few pints beforehand.

Thoroughly enjoyable. Just returned home from lunch at Café Espanol. It's the first time I've been. We were a party of 4. The food, service and ambiance were all first class, in equal measure. We shared 10 dishes plus a bowl of chips and that was more than enough. The dishes come out as they're cooked and the proprietor will slow things down a little if the table is getting over full. I would thoroughly recommend it. Lovely Saturday afternoon experience.

Supreme service and hospitality. Owner and all staffs are friendly, they always care about all guests to have an enjoyable time. Food and beer are authentic as well, especially Dry-cured-ham, Paella and draught beer are highly recommended. I’d like to visit there whenever I come to Hinckley.

An authentic taste of Spain in the heart of the Midlands. The roof terrace is a lovely place on a sunny day. The food, especially the tapas, is great. The staff are attentive and the owner is happy to teach you some Spanish.

Had a lovely meal today at lunch. I had tortellia which came with a fresh salad and my partner had a lentil stew with ham and we shared some potatoes bravas, absolutely delicious. Service was prompt and the waiter/owner? very welcoming and polite. Very reasonably priced food.

Finally, Café Español gets the proper venue it deserves. Loved to eat at its old venue in the Atkins Building, but now the lovely Spanish owners have expanded and beautifully so. Food is still excellent quality. Authentic Spanish food making you feel like you're in Barcelona or the likes. Tapas, paella, bocadillos, Spanish omelettes and Churros to mention but a few. The garlic allioli mayo is to die for - made the Spanish way. I love it. Try the place. You won't be disappointed. Adios!

My Fiancé and I recently held our engagement party at Cafe Impressions, and from the very beginning the team couldn't do enough to help us in terms of ideas for food and décor to helping us set up on the day. In the build up to the day they were extremely flexible as to when our DJ could set up and when we could access the venue On the actual day its self, Nicole and the team again were just as helpful from offering to put the balloons and nibbles out and finding a home for some random balloons to storing cards and presents behind the bar. The bar staff were lovely and even at the end of the night still had smiles on their faces, despite the fact the few times I went to the bar it was busy - not sure they had change to stop all night Since the party everyone has commented on how beautiful the venue is and how much they enjoyed the evening – something which I think can be accredited more to the bar staff and DJ than myself. My only negative would be that we didn't know our guests could use the college car park, and that some people struggled in finding somewhere to park. We didn't ask about the car parking and so we are just as much to blame. We both look forward to using Café Impressions again!

Excellent, real feel of Spain, the atmosphere takes us right back to the feel of Gloria's in Zaragoza. Great food and service, and Rijo coffee. What could be better?

Great experience and food, service was a little slow which probably made it more authentic! But I couldn't believe how good the was, absolutely excellent.
