Where to start with this fantastic local pub - superb customer service was the biggest reason for the 5* great food and an all round brilliant visit. First time since the refurbishment, loved the menu and great choice. Food was superb. What made this pub was the great staff. A lovely lady bought the toddler in the family a bowl of ice cream (and didn't charge) a lovely thought and much appreciated. All staff were brilliant and we will definitely return soon :)

Amazing pub and food. Never unsatisfied, perfect for the family. Children are always welcome and staff are always very friendly and helpful, great service nothing is too much trouble.

Me and my husband went in for our dinner tonight was very impressed with the new decor,,the staff were very polite and the new menu is awesome enjoyed my meal and my husband was impressed with the gluten free menu ...so keep up the good work and well done to the cheif look forward to trying more of the menu thanks again generous George
Lovely meal last night and didn’t have to wait long at all! met the new Manager Michelle who was lovely! My little girls 7th birthday and she was so kind and chatty with her. We’ll definitely be back thank you!
Nice family friendly pub. Friendly staff and really attentive service. Had a Sunday Roast with pint of 61 Deep Pale Ale which was really good and refreshing. Food was excellent value and very filling. Has a pool table. Clean toilets.
Visited on 27/08 for a family meal. Rob and Angela was very welcoming and friendly. Food was nice, hot and served promptly. Facilities was also clean and tidy.
They certainly made the kids smile.

Exactly what you'd expect from a chain pub. The beer is good with a nice selection, and the food is acceptable and is the only pub serving food in the village.
It's a little pricier than the other locals, but much bigger, and you're less likely to bang your head!
Staff are all very friendly and service is quick.
Overall, it's not a bad shout for a few beers or a spot of grub.
Staff very welcoming and friendly, very knowledgeable of menu particularly the vegetarian options. Service at the table was lovely very cheery and friendly. Food was amazing, hot and perfectly presented. Staff was attentive at the table checking everything ok but not overpowering really fantastic service. Tables were cleared away promptly but not hurried. The best marstons I've been in recently by far. I will definitely be back soon. Looking forward to the pizza area to open again shortly.

We have a meal at Hilton Brook most weeks. Excellent pub, nice atmosphere, has greatly improved since the new manager took over. Service is very good, staff always welcoming and courteous. Food is very tasty!
Called in for a late lunch. Food choice was plentiful. What we order was piping hot and well presented. Very tasty too.
Lovely staff. Clean and tidy pub. We will be back.
Customer care by new manager was exceptional - chatty, attentive and sorted ordering issue out (re no ac n cheese).
Only issue is limited menu choice for vegetarians…..better than before but still well short of Greene King pubs and those nearby such as The Dragon , The Bulls Head and even Crewe and Harpur

Quite a wait for the food at 14:00, nice portion and decent food. A bit pricey, but not too bad I guess. Nice atmosphere.
We came here for a 16th celebration. Somewhere with a big enough area for over 30 people, of all ages to come together and celebrate.
The guy in the vibrant shirt was amazing, accommodating and approachable (defo not the manager as someone I was with knew who he was), the young waiting on lady was quick, efficient and very pleasant.
In all it was a lovely visit, we ordered lots of nibbles and snacks which were ok.
I’d have given the recommendation a 10 if there wasn’t a very strange cage in the childrens area with a chain and padlock on- It used to be screens for the children to play on. 5stars for the work and experience on the day- huge thank you to the team that was working on the day- You guys are the ones that did all the work and were wonderful! Xx

I made a booking on line, which was easy to do. When we arrived we received a friendly greeting and was shown to a table, with the option of changing to another one if we preferred. The food did not take long to arrive and all 4 different dishes were hot and tasty...We had a lovely meal and were very pleased.
Lovely and clean, great selection of drinks. Food was tasty and very well presented. I will be back.

Wonderful place... kind friendly happy staff. Clean and plenty of different areas to sit which would suit all. Superb meal for a busy bank holiday. Fast quick service and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Couldn't do enough for us. And dogs allowed in too.... perfect. Thank you all for making our first visit memorable. 10 out of 10 😊
