Great service and lovely range of food to suit all, including gluten free options and other allergen requirements. Great location that was friendly, welcoming and very comfortable. Lovely staff and the tea, wow - we all know tea is great, but this one really hit the spot! Looking forward to another visit to try they're delicious looking breakfast menu and see what their coffees are like! Will definitely be back!

Great food, Beautiful relaxing setting and lovely staff. I have been driving past for the past couple of years adiring the restoration of these beautiful buildings - so it was really lovely to see inside and admire the magnificent job they have done. Breakfast was a real treat and everyone was so lovely. This is an ideal place for wheel chair users and families with young kids. The doors are wide, very spacious layout and a lovely enclosed out door play area. Very child friendly. Will definitely go back and tell everyone how brilliant it was.

Excellent food service atmosphere & surroundings . i was out with the wife on a rare hot weather day (rare for northern Ireland) & looking for somewhere to stop off for refreshments, a coffee & a cake , where we could sit outside. The wife had a quick Google & found mill farm so we headed there , once arrived we were seated and handed menus , the wife said "shall we get lunch , then we don't need to cook at home" . So we ordered coffees (caramel late & a cappuccino) and a burger & chips each ..... coffee arrived within a couple of minutes, very nice πŸ‘Œ The food arrived shortly after . What can I say ? THE BEST BURGER I HAVE EVER HAD !!!!!!! Im an ex chef & am very critical of food , but this was the best tasting meat I've ever had in a burger , better taste than lots of steaks I've eaten. Coupled with superb crispy chips.... they were excellent. So given how good the main was we had to have dessert..... and milkshakes πŸ˜€. Wife had chocolate orange , I had lemon meringue pie ... we both had vanilla milkshake , everything was lovely 100% Best Food I've eaten in the 10 years I've lived in northern Ireland & best burger in 45 years of life. I cannot recommend enough excellent food excellent customer service from the friendly polite staff Excellent excellent excellent Thankyou very much .

We arrived after lunch about a half hour before closing so the atmosphere had already left the building! The food was really tasty served to a table with a beautiful outdoor view. Everyone was welcoming and pleasant; we couldn't ask for anything more.

Stayed in The Bothy for one month with my husband and it was absolutely lovely. Margaret and Bill were lovely hosts and I loved the tranquil environment, including visiting the miniature horses every day. The cottage was done up nicely and provided a warm short term living option for us. Loved the rainfall shower as well! The proximity to Hillsborough and Lisburn was perfect as well to do some walking and shopping. We also ate at the deli for breakfast and lunch and both were perfect. If you're looking for a good stack of pancakes then need to try these. Would definitely stay again!

Briefly, the place is nice. Menu is quality but the menu should change more regularly than currently. On repeated visits a borderline rude member of this establishment has acquainted us with his presence. Probably get better at making and identifying oat flat whites, tyvm. Ponies are class!
