Wonderful quality food, freshly prepared with a friendly service. Really small traditional cafe with a nice feeling inside and very conveniently located. The prices are reasonable and they have a great veggie breakfast.

I went here before a trip away, great location close to Hillingdon station. A choice of 3 local cafes but we chose to give this one a go. Food came out hot and quickly. Portions were generous and price overall was around Β£7.50. Good value id say. Iβll be trying the other cafes too but would definitely return here.

Although I have lived in Hillingdon for many years, this was my first experience of Betty's. The waitress greeted me with a beautiful smile, the food came quickly..and served attractively on the plate. I ordered a panini and side salad. Panini was delicious and salad was colourful and fresh. Well done to the staff at Betty's.

Proper English caff with a wide variety of meals for breakfast or lunch (with quite a few vegan and vegetarian options!).
I had the half-pound burger which was well cooked and tasty. Prices are also very reasonable and clean tables.
The food was very tasty and one day I will come here in the morning to have a big Breakfast

One of my favourite cafes in the country!
Iv'e been to a few over my life, having been a Field Sales manager for about 25+ years.Every order is cooked individually when ordered, yet he somehow has four full meals ready at the same time if necessary. If you ask for something not on the menu, its done! AND the prices are such good value for fresh cooked food.
As it happens I shall be in the rough area on Friday, and I WILL be going to see my friend. Great cafe *****

Great cafe, a proper no nonsense setup. Pictures of your options on the table. Set breakfast No.4. Egg, bacon, sausage, chips, beans with a tea/coffee and toast/bread and butter. Very polite and efficient waitress service. Great coffee too. Massive menu of all sorts of meals. Brilliant value for money.
