First time we have had a meal at The Carriage House. Sunday roast was delicious. Lots of veggie sides. Loved the red cabbage. Only dropped a star as my husband wasn't so keen on his baked cheese cake. Impressed by the fast, friendly service.
Feels like the need to decide if they're a football pub or a pleasant gastro. Food is decent (but no kids menu). Service is good in the whole. Lovely restaurant upstairs. The front bar is perfect for pre dinner drinks. The large back bar is home to the local drinkers. The restaurant service is excellent with really helpful staff. The is great too. Highly recommend this place. We can even walk the 2 miles home!
Had 3 courses for £20. Was really impressed. Food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Will be going back again soon.

There is a big pub garden with a pizza oven for the summer and two bars here. They serve afternoon tea in the function room, do wedding catering, have a 60 srat restaurant and a realy friendly team.

Went to the carriage house as a large group of 18 people, they accommodated to us all amazingly. The food was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, all brilliant! Could not recommend highly enough.
