What an excellent customer service. I ordered a The house pizza and it was outstanding. So delicious and it was huge. It was enough for 4 adults. The driver was so kind enough to give us a treat for Halloween and came back with one more for my daughter. What an excellent customer service. Thank you for everything will always order from here. I don’t have a picture of the pizza because we ate it all in seconds hahaha

Had lovely food from here, had a problem with one of the items and the fixed the problem straight away. Very pleased will order from here again
Friendly staff , neat and clean environment. Pizza is 8/10. Need more improvement. As I ordered tandoori pizza but the taste is not matched with it. Need more flavours in it. Overall Good.. Highly recommend for pizza lovers..
I ordered 2 pizzas from caprino, High Wycombe. I ordered the asain classic, which is meant to come with vegetables, chicken and sheesh kebab.This pizza came with hardly any vegetables on it, when I rang the shop, the guy told me to send him some photos which I did. I had no reply for about 20 minutes.I rang the shop again and spoke to the same guy again. This guy was very rude saying that the pizza did have some veg ( 8 sweetcorn) I told him this is not acceptable and he told me that he ran out of mixed peppers. At t enthis guy rudely cut the phone off.
The pizzas took 1 hour 30 minutes to be delivered. I do not recommend anyone ordering from here, if I could I would give it big fat zero. The guy that answers the phone needs to get the sack, he is a very rude human.
I would like to say a big thank you to Avtar Singh (marketing manager)for contacting me to resolve this issue immediately. It seems like this was a one off and I will give Caprino’s another chance!

this is the first food review ive been compelled to write due to the quality of the food, I have never had such quality pizzas from a take out in the UK. The closest i have found to this pizza place in terms of service and quality is all the way in Denmark!!
I live in Risborough so by the time pizza is here of course its lost a little heat, I wouldnt even go to my local dominos thats like 200m from my house now i know i can get this ordered!!

Delivered by a very friendly driver, the pizzas were lovely, we had peperoni and meat lover! Dough was the best dough we've tasted by far, bbq wings are very nice, piping hot food, good prices and quick service/delivery! Thank you, will be ordering again 👍
I placed an order for kids meal from Caprinos, the kids loved the meals - finished them all off and wanted more.

The pizza tastes better than almost all others in the town. Collection service is the quickest and cheapest way. The online vouchers and regular offers are very helpful.
I have ordered food here a few times now. The food never fails and the service (particularly from Awais Ilyas, who is always smiling and helpful) is second to none! Huge recommendation for Caprinos!
