No reason to have doubted it but it was genuinely above my expectations. Walked passed it for years not really fancying a meal whilst at the shops but tried today and the food and service were great. The weather was hot and the outdoor seating was perfect, could have been in Italy!

A lovely atmosphere especially sitting outside in the summer. Very friendly service. Great coffee and a good selection of food here.
Food tasted great, service was good not 5* but good and attentive. Only this I felt was the portion of Beans with breakfast was very very small... probably a dessert spoon worth.... for £9 a plate I would expect a decent portion.
Everything else especially the mushrooms tasted great.
4 of us ate at Roberto's on Wednesday evening. We were really surprised at such a huge menu and everything looked lovely.

One of the best Italian restaurant I tried. Limited vegetarian and vegan options but the taste is amazing. The coffee and cookies are also very tasty. Highly recommended. Ambience is good and people working here are very friendly.

I didn’t see any Italian in the kitchen but, the food is not bad at all.
Good service, not too cheap but it’s in the town center.
We very much enjoyed our meals here on a quiet afternoon. My pasta meal was absolutely delicious as was my husband’s chicken dish. The food is prepared to order and was hot when served. The service was good too.
