Just had my veggie meal from Pepe's High Wycombe.
To sum up the whole experience in few words would be "service with a nice smile".
Despite of being close to my home I had never tried them before so I decided to give it a go.
When I rang the shop to place an order a very friendly and courteous lady spoke to me.
Upon collection, the same lady (I think) served me with a great smile on her face.
Food is tasty, shop is nice & clean, and I feel the prices are reasonable.
All in all very happy with my dinner choice.
My very first takeaway order from this place and they agreed to deliver to Wooburn Green as long as the order met the minimum order value, the lady who answered the telephone was polite and very courteous and took my order without any problem, food was well within the specified time! The food arrived hot and was very nice! The size of the chicken portions was good and very filling. Leftover chicken 2 days later still tasted great! Will be ordering again soon!
One of the best Pepe's experiences I've ever had. The food in all departments was brilliant and perfectly cooked and the service was top class throughout. Particularly, the sauces are so well made, much better than other branches I've visited, these guys really care about delivering quality.
After reading through the reviews posted here, people would think this shop had poor customer service or hygiene related issues. I've been a regular customer for over the past 6 months and I've not faced any of these issues. The food is excellent.
Absolutely amazing food! Amazing service. For the first week being open I saw they were very busy and managed to keep everything at a constant flow. Chicken and rice was really good and the gormet burger is brilliant! Can't wait to go back when it's less busy and eat in!
Very good food, very good service! Me and my friend are regulars and we would never go somewhere else. Emil always makes sure that we are properly served every single time. Wajih and Anwar are always trying to improve, asking how the food is, how the service is. This people actually care about their customers.
Place very clean and immaculate staff were very professional and helpful. Food on the other hand was absolutely fantastic freshly made with fresh ingredients and tasted to perfection.
Also the manager was absolutely fantastic very understanding and he knows his demographic.
Came and visited THREE TIMES within the first TWO DAYS and can absolutely say i've had 110% satisfaction. Very High quality food with AMAZING customer service! Always a pleasure to visit as staff are very friendly, quick and efficient and food is 10/10, best of the best!!!

Used to eat here often. Had a few hiccups and stopped. I went back today just to give them a chance. I must say I was impressed with the service and the food as a whole. Whatever they have done. Keep it up.
Visited this store multiple times and they always make my food perfect. Its never dry or cold like other chicken shops in town, the customer service is always good aswell. 5* rating from me!
I am a regular at this store and I have to be honest, the staff are very respectful and the food is well cooked. Portion sizes are perfect and chicken is always freshly prepared. Other shops in this area should look up to Pepe’s and learn from them!!
Waiting time can sometimes be longer than other places but isn't it better to wait for fresh food cooked properly instead of uncooked food and falling sick? No complaints though, I'm just glad we have Pepe's in High Wycombe!
