We went into the M&S café here today, the staff that served us was so lovely, making it a really nice visit.

Nice viewing points. With a good café, which has a nice viewing point (what is seen though may not be as good), serving good Hot Chocolates and items of food.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Di, on the till, was welcoming and happy. I wish more stores had people like her. It makes such a difference to the whole experience when you are served by someone like her who makes eye contact and treats you like a fellow human.
Large store with lots of choice. Eden is the closest carpark to use.
They keep a section for the day's pick of fruit and vegetable which I loved. Excellent staff, used to get Tunnocks caramel chocolate wafers at a slightly cheaper price from there. They have good salad combos too.

Always a good selection of clothes and accessories for men and women. However i do some times wonder what type of customer they want to base their choices on.
