i’m a regular here now. every single person that works here is always so lovely and attentive even when it is super busy.
I think me and my friend are personally subsidising Wenzels via JustEat.
We really enjoy their food and the meal deals, the Tuna or Ham Baguette (to quote my friend) are absolute units and are well presented considering they have to travel on the back of a bike or car.
Via delivery apps the order is usually 10 minutes and is quick, I think they missed one item (via UberEats but I may of used a different branch) and we got a refund via Uber. In Store they can get very busy but staff are polite, patient and friendly and the max time has hit 5 minutes.
Sausage rolls and hot bake products are not Greggs standard but the bread in their sandwiches is far better than them plus it all tastes so good.
We’ve always found it best to check the order before the driver leaves, but as we said they’ve been awesome to me and my mate. No doubt we’ll be back again very soon.
They only lose a star on in-store waiting times.

My first time buying from Wenzel today, I have to say I love this bakery. The sandwich that I brought was delicious. I have found somewhere to get my lunch. The layout was good too aswell as the service
Good selection of food in the Bakery. Plenty of items in the sandwich section. Cakes are great. Sometimes they run out of items in the eveveing. This maybe a good sign as they sell their products with nothing left to waste.
Only used on Deliveroo; Amazing fresh food delivered well packaged. Great if you just fancy a little lunch, or of you have friends around and don't want the hassle of catering to everyone.

Nice sandwiches and customer service is very good. The only comment I would make regarding quality is beacon in rolls to dry and gets really hard to chew.

Decent toasted sans which. highly recommend for a quick bite on the go. To be honest not a lot of options in Eden hence the reason it stands out
