Traditional fish and chips (not frys, but really chunky chips). Had a cup of tea in a China mug, very relaxed friendly atmosphere, the only mechanical sound come from the ceiling fans. For me,no negative comments at all.

Always fresh to order, you may have to wait 6 minutes or so but it is DEFINITELY worth the wait. This is a sign of a caring takeaway/restaurant to me. Generous portions and great quality. This ordinary looking restaurant and takeaway has really friendly staff and quick service. even when the fish needs to be cooked to order - almost always when I visit - it will be ready in around 5 minutes. Prices are reasonable but not cheap.

This is the best fish and chips we’ve eaten in this country. Very fresh fish and batter is tempura-like. Charming staff, too. Never thought I’d be posting this kind of review, but the quality demanded it. Fab-u-lous!
Popped in the the first time. Glad to discover the owner is the same owner of the original Tuckin in Desborough Rd. Food was superb and they even went out to get my son BBQ sauce as they didn't have any. No complaints here. Highly recommended.
I've only been here once & really enjoyed the Fish and chips there. The place was immaculate and no bad smells from the Fryers. Will definitely go again prices were decent as well.
