Amazing! Didn't know what to expect but was completely fantastic from start to finish. Every course, the wine recommends!! Could not recommend more, can't wait to go back. Keep doing what you are doing.

Had a really nice time. Stayed for a week and really enjoyed it. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The rooms are cosy, clean and quiet. Really good value for money. Nicely stocked bar. Good food in the evening. Room (5) was small but very well finished and an excellent bathroom. Very good breakfast and attentive, friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay and would come back.
Delicious. A hidden gem that's just off the main route into South and West Lakes. Stunning pub with a great selection of beers and local ales. With the added benefit of excellent home made food.
The Steak and Ale pie was fantastic, local meat with Guinness gravy. My other half had the smoked haddoc
First visit in over 4 years. Pub totally changed and for the better, although was good before. Quite rare nowadays for a refurb to retain classic pub cultures, looks wonderful. Landlord was good conversation as well which always helps.

Charming little pub it a remote little village. Many local draught ales. Serves sandwiches 12-3pm. As well as other hot food food in the early afternoon and evening. Except Monday. Friendly staff. Would visit again. Also there's WiFi, which out here is a blessing for those with poor signal.
Wonderful beer garden. Exceptional food - the best steak I've had out and the chips were awesome! Doggy friendly and a very warm welcome. Highly recommended.
Been for lunch today very nice food excellent fish pie and hubby had the burger huge portions and cooked beautifully. Good beer all lines just been cleaned!!! Lovely staff. Will be going again.

Spent a lovely evening and overnight stay. Superb food plenty to choose from, full English breakfast that really fills you up. Delightful friendly staff.

They let us in with a large booking of 10. This caused them to be a bit rushed and the food took a bit longer to arrive. Once the food was sorted it was very nice and the service and friendliness was great.
Great place to stay and eat. Really good find. Staff are fantastic and so helpful. Great food and well work a visit but book a table well in advance.
Lovely Inn. The room was comfortable and well decorated. The staff were very friendly and food was great. A perfect little find in the lakes.
