Absolutely fantastic place to eat, 5 course set meal, excellent value for money and every single course was delicious. The staff were lovely and will definitely be going back as many time as possible 😍
A lovely sunset evening looking out over the beautifully maintained gardens.
We went for a Saturday dinner starting at 19:00. We had a walk around the market gardens and spent sometime enjoying the sunset.
We then went in and enjoyed the focaccia bread with garlic butter followed by the Romanesco Bravas and Spaghetti Squash. The food was all exceptional. Well prepared and clearly high quality.
We chose both the vegi and meat options and enjoyed sharing.
Had a lovely evening and excellent service.
Really lovely place for a meal. Set menu using locally sourced ingredients. Service was spot on. A real find - definitely worth a visit.
Fantastic lunch, a 5 course tasting menu with either ingredients from the farm or from local farms specialising in meat or other produce. Family style tables with up to 8 people and sharing plated food. Excellent small plates of seasonal vegetables with a main course of locally sourced chicken and new potatoes. Dessert was a lovely dark cake made with local beer and an orange cream.

This restaurant will feel like nothing you have experienced before.
You are seated on a table with other people. Not near other people like in other restaurants - literally right next to other people on their table. This is the only thing I didn’t particularly enjoy, but I feel more social people would love this aspect.
The food (particularly the veg) was outstanding and cooked sympathetically to accentuate the freshness and flavour of the produce.
Staff were second to none and by far my standout from the restaurant. Very attentive whilst also being friendly and accommodating. We also spoke to who I believe was one of the owners and he made us feel included and valued whilst also explaining his concept for the restaurant and the future produce he was growing.
Well worth a detour to visit, it was really great.
Went there for lunch with my partner and friends. The meat options are deliciously amazing... The veggies taste really fresh, the kombucha is great, and the meat is nice and tender. Surely worth trying!

Food - love the concept, great to see what's in season and what grows locally. However, being served two types of squash (one pre main meal and one for the main vegetarian meal) was a bit too much squash in one meal... Some of the meals were really well put together (the starter - bit of soup, bread and garlic butter - actually was one of the top meals!), others lacked flavour/composition (the spaghetti squash with red cabbage didn't really work in our opinion). The desert (pear in some kinda syrup) also just tasted 'sweet' - more variety of flavours would've been great. All in all though, really good value for money - the portions are quite large given that you're being served 5 (for lunch) meals - I had to get some to go as, by the time the main meal came around, I was already quite stuffed...
The dining room can get rather crowded and thus stuffy (an open window would've been helpful) and loud - not great if you're noise-sensitive like myself. We got lucky to be seated at the edge of a long table, so at least there weren't people on both sides of us which would've made it even harder to converse/cope with the noise levels.
The service took 2 hours.
This was one of my best days out ever. The food was incredible, the staff were lovely and the building is airy and light. My 4 year old ate for free and they were very accepting of children, despite not pandering to them by doing a separate kids menu. Will defo go again.
Our first visit. Had the 5 course tasting menu. All 5 courses were delicious, highly recommended.
Probably one of the best dining experiences I've had. The setting was wonderful. All of the food was excellently cooked and presented. The range of drinks was lovely and a real bonus how locally everything was sourced. Service was top notch as well. Cannot recommend enough.
