Loved this country pub. We passed it by chance, and so glad we stopped and had lunch. We sat outside in a lovely canopied area. Lovely atmosphere and the food was great. Staff were lovely and friendly. Highly recommend this hidden gem.
So pleased we made the detour as the service, atmosphere and food was terrific. A gem of a find.
Brilliant! Very warm and welcoming pub however not always easy to get a last minute reservation even during the week but that shows how good it is here. The staff couldn’t have done enough and everything is homemade. I had the pie and I was expecting the usual heavy pub pie but what I had was a fla

Me and my family stopped here on the way home down the M6 looking for some nice lunch. I knew we'd found a good place the minute I walked in and was warmly greeted by two members of staff. We sat outside in the courtyard and it was perfect with the sun out! We all loved the food we had. The warm
We had a great meal here! Probably the best roast beef dinner I've had in years - my wife thought the same. Looked too good to waste time taking photos, so got stuck right in, but managed a snap of the desserts, which were also good. Kids meals high quality as well - clearly cooked from scratch, no
