Really friendly staff. The boss is so customer friendly. The power went out, and she and her staff handled it perfectly. The food is delicious and so was the coffee!

Travel lodge and fuel available as is a Burger King franchise.
Standard menu as you would expect. Staff were friendly and helpfulland worked hard to provide a good service, however because (I think) they were short staffed the tables in some parts of the building were cleared and others un wiped.
It was also cold which is unusual for a Starbucks but it did make it a less pleasant stop.
Good parking and outside seating when the weather is much better.
A few issues that would easily be overcome otherwise a decent place to stop if you want to break a journey!

Probably one of the best Starbucks in the UK. The staff is lovely and super energetic, making your day with good coffeee. The place also is very clean - bit unusual for a Starbucks in service area
Easy to access, lots of parking and standard Starbucks fare. If you need a break from driving it's a solid option and very clean.

Clean restrooms and plenty of parking.
Very clean and very friendly. Plenty of space to park and sit but the service site let them down by not cleaning up the litter! Got a perfect coffee and toastie only to watch a rat sorting through the litter in the Car park. The image of the bin is the only bin in a large area! Just don’t be off by the state of the car park, the coffeehouse is good!
