Absolutely delicious pizza from Fire and Dough. Freshly cooked, beautifully thin dough, lashings of Tomato sauce, my favourite bit of any pizza. Plenty of Mozzarella. I didn’t even leave the crusts. I think this will be a weekly routine now.
Coming out of the Baltic's "Let's Caper" absolutely starving and into the stacks on the Gateshead side.
This was one of the absolute best pizzas I have ever had. They travel around and if you are lucky enough to find them in your area. Go grab a delight!

We were pleasantly surprised to stumble across this lovely pizza truck when we were spending a night in Allendale Town. The pizza’s were delicious with fresh ingredients and a authentic wood fired pizza base. Awesome food.

Lovely pizza the way it should be. Wood fire, light and airy dough, good quality Mozzarella and tomato sauce 👌🏽 Discovered at Bishop Auckland foodfest but will gladly drive to find them wherever they are.

I absolutely do not want to make Tuesday night's, roll out of work and into the pub for a pint of Guinness while my pizza is cooking night, but the fact that this pizza was so delicious, makes a compelling argument for this trend starting. I must resist. They use the good pepperoni here. Thankyou.
First rate pizzas. The plain margherita is a showcase for the quality of the dough and tomato sauce. Recently had cheese and marmite topped garlic bread which was fantastic. Get pizza here and you'll instantly be much pickier about where you get pizza in future.
Online ordering is very convenient.
Had the absolute pleasure of experiencing this establishment at the weekend. Best pizza I have had in a long time. Very friendly staff, even had the pleasure of meeting a minor celebrity (ex masterchef contestant) which made my weekend.
Cannot wait to see what they do when they open a restaurant.
