A newly opened (April 2022) and much needed coffee and food shop in this growing village. The welcome was warm and friendly by the couple who have started the business, the food was delightful, tasty and quickly served, and reasonably priced. Easily accessible from pavement level (no steps) both by people with limited mobility and pushchair/wheelchair users. There are accessible toilets. The welcome for young children was good (and even a game provided). It’s also dog friendly and provides free doggy treats!! I will certainly visit regularly to support this independent establishment that has a feeling of quality.

I absolutely love Oddfellows Coffee, it has become like my second home and you'll find me in there a lot! Everything about it is amazing, the service is fantastic... the owners are kind, friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious, I love Rosie's special Chinese dishes on a Wednesday and my usual go to for lunch on other days is the spicy pickled mustard green and tomato melt, a lovely fusion! There is a huge selection of drinks, the coffee is lush and there are so many loose leaf teas to try out too. Oh not to forget the amazing homemade sweet treats too. There is something for everyone. My favourite place to sit is the private nook at the back of the coffee shop. It is so cozy and relaxing, and such a private spot to chat with a friend, do some computer work, or chill out on your own. The artwork around the shop is fabulous and you can even buy some of it, as well as little souvenirs they have made too. I personally love the vibe of the place, it's relaxed and friendly but also has a nice quirkiness to it too. 100% recommend!

Found this great little coffee stop whilst passing through on gallery deliveries. Free parking on the street right outside which is very handy! The building itself is very striking and the ground floor is this beautiful coffee shop with its modern, stylish interior of painted wood panelling and calming minimalist decor. The lady serving, who I learned was Rosie, was lovely, very polite and as helpful as could be! Hubby asked for a large coffee but there was only one size cup but she gave him plenty of milk as he’d asked. We both ordered avocado on sourdough toast which came with two slices of beautiful smoked salmon. The whole plateful was delicious! As we were eating Rosie came over with another cup of coffee, she was concerned that the cup had not been as large as she felt we expected and so brought John another coffee. We tried to pay for this before we left but were politely assured that payment for the extra coffee was not required so we left a good tip instead. There are some beautiful little pencil sketches on the walls, obviously of the local area, and everything in here has been very carefully thought about and chosen with care. There is even a dogs bowl with filtered water for their four legged visitors. The loo is huge, very modern and exceptionally clean with baby change facilities too. The bill was £15.50 (without the extra coffee) which we both felt was excellent value! I have saved this coffee shop to my Google Favourites and we will be very happy to call here again next time we’re passing through!

We stopped here for cake and a cuppa. You will not be disappointed. We had almond and apricot slice. It was delicious. The service was good and very friendly. I will be recommending this to friends snd family. They also had a nice selection of sandwiches but unfortunately we weren't hungry enough. It's also only a couple of minutes off the A69 so not far out of your way if you're on a journey.

I find that this is a great cafe to stop at when travelling on a69. I grabben a coffee on my way to a camping trip and it was so good that I returned on my way home and also got some lunch on my second visit. The tostie i had was lovely and I saw that they also do other light bites and dim sum! They do sweet things like tray bake and good quality ice cream too. Staff was very friendly and the place had a lovely atmosphere. Thank you. I will be back soon K

A really lovely place to come in Haydon Bridge, right at the end of the old bridge on the opposite bank to the village. Comfy sofa or chairs and benches with cushions. Small offering of gifts. Very friendly and helpful staff.

First time visitors - let's start with the coffee... Excellent 2shot flat white was coffee perfection (so lovely, i had another). Lovely spot for lunch, coffee and cake after a jaunt along Plankey Mill and Staward Gorge (8min drive away). I had avocado and salmon on sourdough toast which hit the spot 👍, my husband had pease pudding and pepperoni toastie - a never-tried combination, but he really loved it. He remarked on the teapot being the right size for the tea, no random half-cups. He liked his Assam tea. We both had carrot cake, and it had the right balance of cake to cream cheese frosting - a lovely finish to the meal.

Gem of a coffee shop in Haydon Bridge. Great service as always. We had jubilee afternoon tea with the family. Beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked.

Found this coffee shop on our way to Hadrians wall and we are really glad we did! Lovely warm welcome on arrival by the couple that own the shop, shop is decorated beautifully and the service is impeccable. Top tier coffee and honestly, the best carrot cake I have ever eaten, homemade too! My wife had a toastie and she also commented on how nice it was. Gutted this coffee shop isn't nearer to home to be honest..... Thank you again guys!

Wonderful coffee shop, super helpful and friendly staff, we had a large takeaway order for 10 people and they were able to handle it for us as the toasties were ready for our pickup time. The toasties are amazing. We'll be ordering again for our next meeting in January!

Visited this absolute gem of a place twice last weekend when staying with my in laws in Haydon Bridge. Amazing coffee, delicious toasties and very child friendly (our 9 month old baby gets bored very easily but loved it here!) . The owner we were chatting to is a lovely guy , so passionate about his business, and remembered us the next day. Seriously wish I had a place like this down the road. I’d visit every day if I did! You must go!
