Always get great fish and chips here, they will even make the curry more hot and spicy for you. This chipper is my first go to place
My favourite Chinese takeaway in Pensby. Always tasty well cooked food whether it be Chinese dishes or just simple fish and chips. I think they could move with the times and install a card machine though instead of cash only.
Very good fish and chips, we haven't tried the Chinese menu yet but will give it a try.đź‘Ť
Always pleased with our choices. We stick to a few dishes. The fish are a generous size.

The best Chinese on the Wirral hands down. Been run by the same family for over 15 years and the recipes have remained the same. I wish I could eat here every night it's that lovely. You get huge portion sizes too. If you haven't eaten here yet do yourself a favour and try it you won't be disappoint
You can't beat their freshly cooked fish. Hubby had a chop suey roll which again they cook while you wait. Might take some time but we'll worth it. Good chips too.
Wonderful Chinese food. We particularly love the chicken and sweetcorn soup, prawn toast and chilli beef. Phil is always a friendly, welcoming face.
My favourite local takeaway. The Chinese food is good enough and in line with local interpretation, not exactly to my taste, but the fish and chips are superior to anything for miles around. If you prefer long queues and soggy chips you have plenty of alternatives close by!
Had very nice takeaway meal from here. Did not have to wait too long even though shop quite crowded ... everything was really nice except wonton soup which was inedible but chicken and swèetcorn soup was lovely. Barbecue ribs were delicious.
Always nice hot food. Always tasty. Plenty to choose from. Not expensive. Have been going here for years. I recommend the mayflower.
Been going to the mayflower for 8 months after moving form pensby fish bar which has gone awfull. The staff at the Mayflower are realy nice and as for the food 1. Always hot 2.always fresh.3 Big portions but most of all it is proper chineese. Five Stars every time. G W D Pensby..
Personally its the best chippy/Chinese in the local area. Cant fault it. Never had a bad meal. Highly recommended ♡
