Read the favourable reviews so decided to call in whilst passing through, had the Tel Island & Earthey Breakfasts, couple of coffees & an Earthey smoothie. Very nice indeed, cheaper establishments out there perhaps but it’s unlikely they will be as healthy or tasty as this was ;)
My brother is doing a great service to the community by delivering healthy meals to the people who come in and to the meal prep box brigade. Great selection of food and drinks. Staff are awesome and do a great job. Tel is very knowledgeable and will always be happy to chat about eating more wisely. ( dieting is not in his vocabulary). It's a good place for any and everyone to go. Well done Tel and team x
Just been for lunch here. The food was absolutely stunning. All freshly cooked, herbs taken fresh from the garden, healthy and so delicious. The staff (Becky) was so helpful and lovely. Tel himself came over and took the time to chat to us about the hralthy eating plans. Great experience, will definitely be going there again soon. Everyone give it try, you won't be disappointed!!
Really nice breakfast, perfectly cooked with good coffee.. meal prep service to try too.
Fab little hidden gem in the centre of Heswall, amazing vegan breakfast and burgers along with so many great other foods, smoothies and cakes.
All the staff are so lovely too and always make you feel welcome, would recommend to anyone visiting Heswall..
My parents were poorly and unable to get any food in them and couldn't get deliveries from supermarket for cereal drinks. I called Tel Island and they were so helpful. Really nice and friendly on the phone and arranged separate deliveries for me so they could enjoy fresh cereal drinks each day. My parents loved them. Thanks a mil. 👍
1st visit, wonderful place, staff 1st class and engaging, We had poached eggs and coffee gorgeous.
Lovely garden and so much more than a cafe.
Will experience the main food offers next time and get some food boxes made up.

Delicious and healthy food. Amazing staff. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Great sitting area outside for sunny days 👍👍highly recommended!!
This is such a idea, nothing better than knowing you can stop off somewhere for proper fresh meals on the go when you're stuck for time, rather than settling for fast convenience food at chip shops and KFC. We stopped off here yesterday afternoon on the way to the car garage (never make important decisions on an empty stomach), and it's safe to say this place was a godsend!
Excellent food the staff are brilliant would recommend this healthy food outlet to everyone who really cares about their food.
Certainly going back again and again and again.
