Situated close to Hessle square this is a popular sandwich shop. There was a steady stream of customers coming in and staff work very efficiently to serve everyone without delay. The range of fillings are vast and they have some specials each day. The only thing we struggled with was reading the small writing on the boards.
Absolutely love this sandwich shop for a cheeky lunch, the roast pork, stuffing and apple sauce sandwich is wonderful, and a slice of their coconut tart goes down a treat. Nice size portions and the staff are lovely and friendly
Love the chicken salad sandwich. Mayo, mustard, grated cheese, salad w / onions, then a good helping of sliced chicken breast on a large bread roll. Side of Almond N Cherry Slice. Perfect for lunch. Sausage and tomatoe hot sarnie in the morning best way to start a work day. Better grab them napkins. Get it down ya.
As someone coming from Manchester the prices here were amazing. For £5 you can usually just about get yourself a small sandwich and some water. Here you can get a full carrier bag of goodies. The quality is excellent and everything was so well made and flavourful. The meat tasted very fresh and high quality in comparison to the usual grab and go food places and the staff were very friendly. Cake and brownies were delicious and very moist despite only costing £1.

Had ham salad, not keen on bread cakes they offered me bread, it was full of lovelyness 😋 very fresh every time we go, we will be back in the week
Well renown throughout Hessle and Hull itself as a BRILLIANT sandwich shop. Sausage and bacon every time. Can't fault the staff in there either: very chatty and open people. Also, great to see they support Humber Rescue, the local lifeboat crew.
