We visited the Greyhound last Friday, lovely beer, wine and Thai food! After we could not get a taxi home as all were busy. It was pouring outside and “Lesley” who works at the Greyhound offered to take us home! A really wonderful gesture which was above and beyond the level of service expected. Nic
Poppped in after a dog walk. Staff were really friendly, menu looks great - had a bowl of Thai crackers with our drinks. Will definitely be back to eat soon 😃
Amazing evening in the greyhound. Tomahawk steak was pretty impressive and best scallops dish I think I have ever had! Landlord and team were lovely and gave us lots of little touches to celebrate our anniversary which was really appreciated! Fireplace and atmosphere made it super cosy. Highly reco

Just had our first Sunday lunch with the new management (Johnny & team) which was amazing. Beef was perfect. Grass fed and organic from Foxholes in Hertford. Good wine too! Well done and we’re looking forward to our next visit already!

Had a fantastic Sunday lunch there. Lovely veggie option, beautifully cooked vegetables and a cauliflower cheese that was absolutely delicious. Even got the recipe from the chef to try at home. Highly recommend.

Had a very very tasty Sunday roast. Lots of options and all for great value and good portion size! Highly recommend the lobster bisque, three meat roast and sticky toffee pudding! Will definitely be returning

Great little 'local'. To quote my wife 'the best pub food we've had on a long time' and good value for money. Very friendly, obliging and sociable staff. We will definitely come back!
