Good coffee, fresh pastries. The cafe inside is a bit bland and seating layout feels cramped to say the least. There's an outdoor area though, so weather permitting go for that.
First time I've had a Cappuccino from Caffè Nero. Not a bad Cappuccino by UK standards. Nice outside seating area to relax, people watch or just enjoy a coffee.
Amazing cafe and a safe choice when in doubt.
Not normally my usual coffee shop, but most certainly surprised, staff were great and friendly, and the order was pretty quick, compared to some coffee outlets, my only negative was that we sat outside and most tables although free they were pretty untidy, maybe because they were busy, other than would visit again.
We have found our new local coffee shop in the valley.

Great location in the centre of Hertford over looking the other shops and the market. Good selection of coffees, tea, chocolates, and cold drinks. Snacks, cakes, and sandwiches are also available. Served by helpful friendly staff

Our favourite coffee shop in town. Good rewards/points system, easily gaining stamps, extras and freebies. Beautiful tasting coffee and can actually taste the syrups you ask for. Staff always so friendly and some remember our order. We've become regulars. Always lots of dogs visiting inside and out which we absolutely love. Perfect setting.

I have just been in, and had the nicest young lady serving me, very happy and made my day, she made a great coffee and so nice to be so happy in the morning, I did not get her name but she was the only one with a maroon t shirt on
