Superb. Snuck in a packet of digestive biscuits and an out of date M&S cheeseboard. Bought a couple of bottles of red . Had a fantastic one man party. Also really like this place because people tend to leave you alone.

My wife and I went in one Wednesday night for cocktails. Had a great time playing board games which we didn't know they had! Jacqueline was a fantastic host , very attentive and had lovely chat. We will definitely be going back she was great!
Our server Jordan was wicked and so knowledgeable. A member of our party was vegan and Jordan was so helpful and helped us find all the vegan options, especially with the martini, which was peach instead of martini and became vegan because of that.

Cocktail bar in Hertford town centre, visited on a Saturday night, not quite as rowdy as some of the other bars which I was thankful for lol. Would go there again.
With it's cozy, warm decor and a small but attractive garden, the snug is a friendly and comfortable place.

Had a gorgeous breakfast today at The Snug Hertford. Lovely fruit smoothies and a gorgeous cooked breakfast. My eggs came perfectly cooked in the way I like them and the sausages and bacon are good quality. Perfect hangover food and great service.

Cant beat happy hour cocktail prices but also fairly reasonable outside of happy hour. Nice and quick service and even recommended a delicious watermelon based cocktail that I wished they'd get more of! Perfect for pre drinks before going for dinner in Hertford.

Recently visited with my brother, could not have been happier with the service and staff. The blonde girl who served us our delicious bellini's was friendly and attentive, served us swiftly and knew the menu and drinks well.

One of the best English breakfasts I have ever had. Eggs Benedict are great, but the pancakes with maple syrup could do with a bit more syrup....but still one of my favourite breakfast places in hertford.
