My boyfriend and I love Indian food and we can confidently say that this place has some of the best curries we’ve ever had! This time we had a chicken tikka masala and a chicken pasanda and both were excellent. One of many great meals we’ve had here and always good service :)
I’ll keep it short and sweet service was great and food was amazing overall an enjoyable night with my family. A restaurant to definitely to come back to, had a great time highly recommended.
Birthday meal this evening for 8 people. Service and food was excellent. Even had a free baileys and brandy offered at the end of the meal for everyone. Have used ginger many times over the years and highly recommend.
A real hidden gem of Hertford, Ginger Bar and Restaurant is located just outside of the Town Centre. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is always delicious and they even offer their Sunday buffet now (they bring the food to your table as opposed to a central serving point due to changes br
Really enjoyed our night there. One tiny thing is the lamb in the curry was a little tough but appart from that highly recommend. Overall the food was delicious and very good value.

Moved to Hertford recently and trying to find our new regular. I think we've found it. Very nice. I recommend the Dansak. Should get poppadoms with the meal for free though, but nowhere in Hertford seems to do that even though its more expensive that where I used to live and they gave us free poppad

Went here for lunch, billed as a buffet, but it was more of a set meal that gets brought to your table. The food was good, as was the service, the price for this repast was also very fair.
A lovely resturant with very professional and friendly staff. The food quality is consistently excellent, this with excellent service makes this easily the best Indian Restaurant in Hertford

food was excellent and very tasty, staff were welcoming and very attentive, even with 3 young kids on tow. Happy to help and entertain the kids, would defo recommend. thanks for a lovely evening.
