Came to Lime Cross Nursery today for a retreat day, and I cannot recommend it enough! It was absolutely brilliant start to finish. Thank you for offering such a wonderful way to relax and rejuvenate! Highlight has to be wild swimming in the pond. The site is absolutely stunning, the yoga was really special and set you up perfectly for mindful walking in the estate (which is stunning) the vineyard is so cool, and all the food and drinks were plentiful and absolutely delicious.

I have been to Lime Cross for their Wellness in the Wild retreats in 2022 a number of times. I have really enjoyed the Yoga & Pilates retreats in such a beautiful setting; the lake is divine & with a wood fired hot tub too, a real treat, I'd like to move in to the OOD House! The food & drink each time has been delicious & locally sourced. The team are all welcoming & friendly & I'm excited to see what they offer next. Highly recommended.

Great garden centre. Lots of lovely things, and always something a little different. The cafe is fantastic, great breakfast and brunch options, also vegan options, regular specials and cakes. They used to have a small children's area, which they don't seem to have now, this is disappointing.

I called in here because I was told that the breakfasts in Olive's cafe were very good. This was not strictly true, because they are excellent! Very generous portions of high quality ingredients. The setting is delightful and the staff were very friendly. Next time I go, I might even look at the plants.

I love this place and cannot wait to start shopping here properly again. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who have endless patience in helping us pick out the best plants for our current project. It is a pleasant place to walk around, not just for the plants but the grounds in general. Stop by the cafe and have some lunch and you have a decent morning or afternoon out. Plants are always well presented and it is so nice to have the option of sizes of each type. You can choose how much you want to spend and if you want a ready made garden or watch it develope. And everything here is sensibly priced. I think my partner just invents new projects so we have an excuse to go back. Oh, no, that would be me.

This is a review of the cafe at the nursery, rather than of the nursery itself. It's a good cafe in a lovely setting. The food is fresh, tasty and filling if a little expensive. It can be very busy so we tend to go earlier or later, but serving times are still good and the staff work hard. Lots of hot food options and great cakes; good coffee and tea selections; and very nice scones. I like that water is freely available rather than having to ask. Food is nicely presented. Well worth a visit after a local walk or if buying plants and seeds etc.

Had a lovely afternoon here. Had a light lunch and a look around the shop. Not masses of things to buy but some unusual bits and pieces and a very good selection of indoor plants. Wandered round outside too and was impressed by their shrubs, trees etc and some very nice planters. Was well set up to comply with Covid restrictions too.

What a wonderful family run nursery. Great knowledge of all of the plants, fabulous food, great coffee and cake to boot, what's not to love! Well worth a drive out and it is in a beautifully laid out setting too, unlike any other nursery.

Visited Olives cafe for brunch. Went for the full English. Decent portions and really tasty. Quick service and friendly staff. It's also dog friendly (in a small section). Would recommend booking

The cafe serves a good selection for lunch. We brought a tree as I'd seen the variety and quality were excellent when I'd visited previously. The lady on the till offered advice regarding a tree tie and stack. She also called a colleague to confirm she had given us the correct advice. Impressive service 👍

Good selection for smaller garden centre. Seems good for some specialist plants such as tree ferns. Some really nice animal sculptures for sale, although they seemed quite expensive. Didn't try the food, maybe the next visit which we will be making.

little piece of heaven <3 My partner and I used to come here 2/3 times a week when we were working at PGL in Windmill and it was our little slice of heaven away from the hectic kids, where you could get a decent coffee and feel like an adult. I still dream about the avocado cake and would die for the recipe! Lots of love from Australia <3

We collected from their takeaway menu, a lovely Tapas meal in a box, you can order for 2 or more, the meal also includes a pudding, all of which was delicious, definitely recommend, very good value for money 😋🙂
