Little Winkles Fresh Seafood - Herne Bay - Photo album

We stopped here for quite lunch on our way. The Sunday roast was delicious! Pork 10/10, soft, juicy and very tasty. Lots of vegetables on separate plate. Highly recommended if you looking for pub in local place far away for noise city
A nice place to visit right on the coast almost next to Reculver historic site. Sit outside in good weather or inside in poor weather. Good food drink and service. Well worth a visit.
Lovely location. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Food freshly prepared and good quality. Great place for walkers, cyclists, dog owners or a drive out. Highly recommended.
It's a cool location next to the Roman/Norman/Victorian church/ruin/towers at Reculver. The Romans first built a fort on the coast which lasted for 900 years, then the Norman's rebuilt it around 1066, then the Victorians rebuilt that around 1860. The pub is nice with a beer garden and outer shelter.
What a lovely find for a sunny afternoon. Good choice of food inc veggie options. Nice to have a children’s swing in the garden and lots of seating. Clearly popular so we were delighted to get a table without booking
What a lovely pub, great staff and food tasty with generous portions well worth a visit if your out minnis Bay Beach way!
The food here is so homely! Absolutely delicious and generous portions. The menu is great and you can taste the love that goes into each plate.
Pre-ordered sandwiches for 18 hungry cyclists were quickly dealt with on this particular warm October weekend. Good selection of beers and ciders(I'm sure spirits were available too) Nice location, being a stone's throw from the Reculver towers and even closer for the Roman wall.
Lovely pub with great service. FYI food served evening 6 -8 pm according to the signs on the door. Had tuna - very nice with pesto cream sauce, husband had steak and ale pie which was gorgeous.
Lovely totally English pub, local feel. We tried the light bites. Chicken baguette, potato wedges and whitebait, spot on. Delightful professional staff. Welcoming. Perfect after a swim at the beautiful beach by Reculver Towers.
Great location. Not too busy during lunch. Good variety of dishes.
The King Ethelbert Inn is a gem. Very helpful staff, very welcoming and superb traditional food. A real pleasure. It is next to Recover, so it is very convenient. Superb.
Great location to go to after a walk to Reculver towers. Shared the seafood platter between the two of us as the portions are quite large. Pretty good pub food and dog friendly as well.
A great place to bring your dog and eat after a long walk from Herne Bay to Reculver. Friendly staff and a proper old English Inn with good atmosphere. Plenty to choose from the chalk board menu for dinner. Outside seating and enclosed area also to keep warm. Recommended as a stop for walking from H
Called by and unfortunately it was fully booked for lunch. But it had such a lovely atmosphere we stayed for a drink. Full of character, good selection of beers and nice staff. Took a card and will book when we next visit.
Lovely food and amazing service - thank you for letting us take our little cavapoo into the pub and just for being so kind and lovely. Big shout out to Steevie for being so lovely - after walking all the way from Minnie Bay it was amazing to have such a lovely meal so thank you
Very friendly service and good selection of beers. Lots of places to sit outside and enjoy the sun.
