Came for a meal with partners family great food , was the nicest broccoli and Stilton soup I've had. Great price, great service and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to people even outside of Herne Bay as it's worth a drive for nice trip along seafront a good Sunday dinner and a drink in a nice pub . 10/10�
The best roast dinner I've had! The lamb fell off bone, the roast potatoes were crispy on outside fluffy in the middle you could tell the whole lot was home made even my soup starter ! Was totally yummy and a great atmosphere ! They even allow dogs on leads which is nice for people on a chilled Sunday! The chefs brought the food out to us and were so polite and friendly was a nice touch! My mum had reserved a table I didn't even realise they did food ! Defo go there again was really impressed its great for Sunday dinner and lots of choice not just a roast dinner �

Had lunch here today and it was gorgeous food, slimmers world menu is a massive bonus. Really reasonable price too! Will be back.

Absolutely brilliant i can honestly say i have not been to a pub like this in years. Sharon the bar person had greeted us as though we were regulars. Her service was second to none. Big smile really friendly.

Very characteristic pub, directly in front of the seaside. Went there for a music night and the group was very good! Full of friendly people that enjoyed the music. The pub have a very nice style, with a great story behind. I suggest to stop for a second to read the story, on the external wall of the pub, just right to the entrance, as it's a piece of local history.
It was very nice to discover it and can't wait to come back again!

Went here for a karaoke with a few friends, standing room only, no waiting to be served though, Rob, the barman seemed to know what he was doing, chatting to people whilst serving others, lovely to see a barman that knows how to treat customers, can't speak for the food side of it, will return to try it out.
Brilliant night. The Legend Show is hilarious. Really safe with all Covid rules being strictly adhered to. Loved it.

Old style local , friendly helpful staff and very welcoming locals. Good prices , well kept Masterbrew , I will visit again hopefully on a "Darcy" shift 😉
What a lovely old pub situated opposite the clock tower on Herne Bay sea front. We have used this pub many times over the years and found this pub homely and friendly. We had Sunday dinner here recently for family of six and also our dog Casper. A lot of history associated with this establishment. Old artifacts all around inside for you to look at. Friendly bar staff. Would highly recommend for Sunday dinner if visiting Herne Bay after a long walk.
