Lovely food, not too expensive with a gluten free option.
It has a new layout now in the ground floor. I quite enjoyed my visit this time. Supposed to purchase a belt only, but ended up buying more things from the foodhall. My husband and I found a super soft thick cut white bread there. We love it and are getting it regularly now. This is their own brand
The food store is in the basement and has a comprehensive range of fresh, frozen and store cupboard items. There is a Greetings card section, bakery, and wines, beers,and spirits section. The staff are friendly and helpful. With ladies and men's fashion on the ground and first floors this store sit
You know what you're going to get at Marks and Spencer. Good choice of all types of mens and womens clothing. Also has a decent cafe. Prices are not always the best.
Taela in the lingerie department (Hereford) was absolutely amazing. Helping me with a fitting post double mastectomy - patient and understanding as it was quite emotional. Thank you so much.

Great store with a wide variety of clothes to suit people of all ages including young children. Prices are not cheap but then you pay for quality and lasting value. There are some offers in store but are limited to certain clothes but there are some bargains to be got. Customer service is excellent
Best coffee in any Marks and Sparks. These ladies really know their stuff. Mens clothes area improving in quantity and quality. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Food hall well stocked and clean.
Staff incredibly helpful especially as it was a Saturday almost minutes before closing managed to get top quality gentlemens braces and with the help of the customer service lady a pair of finest kind leather gloves with 30% off.

Well organised on arrival.. Would have had 5 stars only problem food hall had a few too many customers as the Isles are not very wide in places.and it was a struggle as people move from one side of isle to other to keep sensible distancing.
Small clothes shop with food hall in the basement. It does have a few items of furniture in its little home wares section. The layout is claustrophobic and difficult to navigate the maze of displays. Has food hall, womenswear, menswear, kids clothes, shoes, a little bit of jewellery, a little bit of beauty, lingerie department with bra fitting, café, two changing rooms, toilets & collect by car. Always very clean and tidy, staff polite, friendly and knowledge
