Come here quite often now and never disappointed with the quality of their crafted coffee and frappé. Didn't get a chance to try their new pistachio mousse cake. Would love to try it next time we visit again.
Popped in for a hot drink with my wife today. Young man called Liam served me . He appeared to be working alone but didn't show any sign of stress. He has a wonderful manner with customers. A credit to the company.
The coffee was as usual good. The millionaire shortbread nice, but had a slight watered surface. But the seating odd as though it was left outside in the rain for months.
Nice comfy seats and great service
Friendly, efficient and helpful service. Small but useful range of cakes & bicuits. Very good range of hot & cold drinks. Relaxed seating area inside and out. Wheelchair & pram friendly. Friendly customers who are daily visitors. Ideal for a quick no-fuss break when in town. Loyalty card.
Always have my coffee here and sometimes indulge in one of their pastries or cakes - very yummy! There is often a long queue but the staff keep happy which helps the day along! Comfy sofas too if you are lucky to get one.
Staff are very friendly and coffee is great and decently priced
I always use Neros on my travels around the country especially on a Tuesday and Wednesday when I have free coffee on my O2 app. I always find their staff friendly and helpfull. And the staff here were just that. Well done. I also think a little bias creeps in as I've never paid for a coffee in th
Ftiendly staff, reasonably priced and good food.
This is a great place to get a drink and a snack, with prices that are a little steep but still very reasonable for the quality of what you are getting.
The only downside is that there is only one toilet downstairs, and the other ones are upstairs. A bit inconvenient if you really need the toilet,
The only place in hereford to have a relaxed atmosphere and a suburb coffee
Caffe Nero in Hereford absolutely nailed the customer service yesterday. The girl that served me as exceptionally helpful and super friendly. Will definitely be going back - it's rare to find a chain coffee shop with such warm and personal service these days.
Love the frappe milk shakes! N if e atmophea and people of all kinds however it's quite expensive. Over £3 for a regular latte which I can only afford as a treat or if someone else is buying
Always a great experience colleagues always happy and chatty.only downside is Hereford store does seem to have more seating and tables squashed into the store than others I visit. Does not make it easy for a private conversation .
