Went in on wed 2nd aug for a meal with my husband on our honeymoon as we had just got married the day before. We were looked after by Vivienne who on hearing about it being our honeymoon was a little over come and happy that we had chosen them to dine with on our special day. We ordered the spaghetti and meatball platter along with garlic bread, onion rings, slaw and fries. We unfortunately underestimated the size of platter and when it arrived it took up the entire table.
We managed to polish half the platter off and most of the sides. We had doggy bags for the left overs which we took home. On receiving the bill ,Vivienne, had very kindly knocked 50% off our bill for us so paid about £16 for the lot.
Food was delicious and service fab. Leftovers have now been demolished for tea tge same night after a very long walk home.
Thanks to the staff for making our honeymoon special
Yours sincerly mr and mrs jordan
Visited yesterday with my niece... many people feel awkward to approach me due to my condition, however the staff at F&B's were just superb, I felt so at ease - couldn't have asked for better. And my niece loved her food! Thank you to the team at F&B's Hereford, we'll definately be back at some point.
The food is great and tasty. We ask for a vinegar for our fries but unfortunately it's runs out. It's ok! As long as foods are great.
Great food and service as always.
This place is a credit to the old market.
The pasta is lovely as is the burgers, started are decent sized to.

Picture the scene. It was a cold and windy Friday morning. My good lady and myself braved the long and dangerous journey to Hereford in search of gifts for our sons birthday. The unforgiving weather forced us to seek shelter, so we did in this establishment. After a brief wait (despite the place being empty!) we were seated and our order was taken. Boom. As fast as lightning our beverages arrived. Mine a black coffee, for my wife a tea. Our breakfasts arrived and immediately I felt happy and sad at the same time. The food looked nice which made me happy. Sausage, egg, spuds and mushrooms all looked good. The bacon was slightly undercooked for my taste but what really made me sad was the fact that the beans were seperated from the rest of the food and were imprisoned in a bowl! A bowl! I mean why? If I wanted the beans seperated from my eggs I would use the sausage as a breakwater but I'd like it to be my choice. Anyway, I soon freed the beans and poured them from the bowl of hate and they mingled on the plate with the rest of the ingredients. Long story short, the breakie was good, and only a fiver too. If you can get over the 'beans segregation policy' you might enjoy the breakfasts too. I have enclosed a photo for your viewing pleasure. Not of the beans but of the view from my table looking upwards. Many thanks, hope you have enjoyed this review. If so please shout 'FREE THE BEANS' as loud as you like.
Good service and nice food.
Had a selection of pizza and pasta in our group. Everyone enjoyed their meal
Bit pricey but very busy place and great staff. Had a wrap which was lovely
Excellent restaurant with super friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend .
Good service and lovely hot food
Had a lovely birthday meal here. Great waiter - Jacob - who was very patient with us as we're not regulars at Frankie and Benny's and took ages looking at the menu! 5 of us were vegetarian and were so pleased with amount of choice (not used to that!). Service was quick but it was a quiet Sunday evening. Dessert was brought with a candle in the centre and a rendition of 'Happy Birthday' by Stevie Wonder! 🙂 All in all a great evening.
Had our first ever Frankie and Benny's breakfast here and I have to say I was not disappointed. The kids had the children's fry up and me and my wife had the ciabatta stack and the whole meal came out quick and was amazing. The staff were also very friendly especially when my son asked if he could change one of the items on his breakfast as he doesn't eat eggs, nothing was a problem. Thank you for a great family breakfast.
great food every time, my favourite is the BBQ chicken wings and "skinny pizza". James and Jordan the waiter lads are funny and friendly and always talk to me and my wife when we come. the music is amazing and the mood of the restaurant is very calming. i also came with my parents when they were in england, they loved it as well. 👌🏻

Fantastic food, lovely atmosphere. Frankie and Benny’s has become a regular place for me to eat as they are really good with allergy requirements. Thank you to Ali White for the brilliant table service yesterday!
Staff make or break a place. Our waiter Jake was jovial, pleasant and very helpful. Couldn't recommend more. We used an offer from the app so had a bargain of a meal with wine. Thanks around!
