Hosted a hen party here , cocktail masterclass & food £25 well worth the money Amy & Ewan joined in our fun & made the evening better.Dealt with Sophie to make all the arrangements great communication & responds to emails promptly , nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff
i was given some free cocktail vouchers for me and my friends for my birthday celebrations from the promo staff! i really enjoyed my night with some great music too!

Spent a Saturday afternoon in here. Great to watch the football in a friendly atmosphere. Service was excellent with attentive staff. Beer was good, I didn't try any food, but what was being served appeared nice and well presented. The pub has a large garden area and is dog friendly inside and out. There's a bit of a hike upstairs to use the toilets. However, there are disabled facilities at ground level. More expensive than the 'spoons' just down the road, but much better in all other respects.
Food was good value, filled our bellies and pretty tasty.
The manager on duty was friendly, Professional and offered great service.

Went here for lunch. The food was really nice and the staff were really friendly. Ordered curly fries but was given normal fries but the staff fixed that immediately without any haste whatsoever. The prices were very reasonable and the portion sizes were plenty. Nothing to complain about, it was just very good
We were served by Izzy who was polite bubbly and a pleasure to be served by. The food was cooked by Jay which was served hot and quickly and was delicious thank you we will return 😀
Had breakfast today. Excellent quality, good service and excellent staff who were attentive but not intrusive. Will definitely return.
First visit and wont be the last, I was looking for somewhere to get something to eat and I wasnt disappointed the place was spotless with lovely staff and the food was freshly cooked such a shame I couldnt eat it all due to being put of in wetherspoons a few doors down! I'll definitely go back though and I'm not sure why this place isnt busier than wetherspoons which is dire for food and cleanliness yates is a stark contrast and much more nice a place to go!! Please try it you wont be disappointed
Music is on, sports on, friendly and busy. Nice pub. Staff are also great.

Very family friendly. Staff scarlet, izzy and Craig were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious.
Food which was gammon etc was very good and happy with meal but could have had a few more chips, but all was good and would visit again
I came into Yates today around midday and ordered some small plates and drinks. The food was lovely and well priced. The service was brilliant, very quick to be served and cutlery brought over to us by the girl working who had a big smile on her face. All round great atmosphere, will be coming back.
Great food but smallish portions
Visited Yates for breakfast mid Monday morning, It was clean and tidy and although they were having to deal with deliveries we were not kept waiting to be served, our food order was brought to the table in no time, piping hot and very tasty also inexpensive. The tea came in a pot so kept hot and the whole experience means I can't wait to return.
Well done to the owner and staff for providing such a place for us to enjoy.
Excellent service from James, Izzy and Hannah. Food cooked and presented to a high standard by Luke and Jay. Looking forward to returning again soon.
