I had a wonderful meal at Gilbies. The selection of vegan options was excellent and the vegan dish I had was delicious. The service was good too. I can't wait to visit again.
We had an absolutely wonderful time at Gilbies. ..the choice of food was incredible. . And our meal was absolutely delicious... the waffle with cinnamon icecream drizzled in honey is the best desert I have ever had at a resturant...we will be back :-)
Usually go for lunch at least once a week. Great food and excellent service. Staff even remembers which wine I like..highly recommend Gilbies.

Very relaxed atmosphere set in a beautiful surroundings. The staff were very tentative and polite. The food was gorgeous. I had the Greek platter, which was faultless. Will definitely go back when I'm in the area

Very accommodating staff and brilliant service, providing a varied and tasty menu, and good drinks. Homely but deceptively spacious interior, and a courtyard garden, tabled seating area that would be lovely when the sun is shining.
Plus they allow dogs on leads in the bar area (not the restaurant side). Only downside with that is that the only seating is on bar stools, and we had to eat from the shelf along the window.
Lovely food and lovely atmosphere. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

We had Sunday lunch, Amazing roast. Very reasonably priced to. Half portions for my 2 year old daughter. Great staff and a warm welcome. Thank you. We will be back.
AMAZING service, great atmosphere, great music, a lovely night! But we forgot to tip!!!!!! Will have to come back again to tip the lovely manager. Gilbies will always be our favourite place to go in Hereford. Thanks guys xxxx
Great beer and great cocktails served by friendly staff, can recommend the Veggie Burgers, Veg Curry and Chicken Bacon & Mushroom prepared and cooked today by Chef Keiran.

Love the atmosphere here, lovely to sit outside when warm enough and just tucked away off the highstreet it doesn't feel like your in the centre of town
Fantastic little bar, shame it seems to be a bit undiscovered, or actually that may be its charm. We visited at 19.00hrs and I am sure that when the teenagers get out of bed at 10pm it will be extremely lively.

Had a great meal, reasonably priced, thought the drinks were expensive though, fiver for a bottle of beer. Would go again because the food was so good.
Amazing little find, up a (not the most inviting) alley-way. A real taste of Mediterranean food and atmosphere when you get there. Tapas was amazing and Jo & Catrina made us feel really welcome. Will definitely come back
Fairly large venue, inside and outside seating, very friendly staff, excellent choice of music (eg Morcheeba, Bebel Gilberto remix), excellent beers (also cocktails) and the 6 tapas for £21 a brilliant deal and very tasty - fried Halloumi sticks my favourite.
Really cool bar tucked away behind the high street. Lovely courtyard with music and lovely staff...food was homemade and delicious...great portions for those hungry from walking the riverside 👍👍👍
Absolutely amazing place, one of my favourite places to eat out in Hereford, had a fantastic evening with my partner on Valentine’s Day, such a cosy atmosphere and all the staff are so kind and lovely, and great to talk to, and I have to say the food was absolutely incredible! 😱 as it is every time, much praise to the chef(s), will be visiting on a regular basis!

Really nice wine bar and bistro. Well set out and a great selection of drinks and foods. Have a lovely outdoor area undercover with heating. Also have cushions and blankets available to use so makes in really cosy.

Came upon this place tucked down an alley. The food and staff were great, we could not fault them. Quality food, cooked well and very generous sized portions. Definitely worth a visit
Cozy place to hang out with friends and family over food and drinks. My first experience visiting was alright. Didn't try their food as I was intending to have coffee and cake only. Sadly they didn't have cakes. So, we only tried their coffee, which was alright. Hence, 4 stars for now.
