With three children in the party of 15 all the staff was so happy to keep them entertained with activities packs when they was done with the packs the staff would bring new one giving to them so the children would always be entertained!!!
The food was amazing drinks was nice just made the evening so much better I would alway recommend this place!!!

Our favourite place to dine..my self and my partner jack love the cosy club having been here several times. It's far from expensive so I'm unsure why people say it's overpriced?? It's very well priced, lovely food, lovely drinks, lovely service, the staff are all so friendly, dresses so individually and smart, polite and happy to help, never come across any rude managers!! A lovely place to eat and I'd highly recommend it. Here we had our first date and still carry on coming here and long may it continue, we were even there last night and it was delightful..also with us being in the antiques trade and auction business, the decor takes our fancy👬🍧🍹☕️
Amazing vegan menu! All of the dishes are delicious, great portion size and reasonable prices. And the options only keep on growing! Huge fan of the Thai Veggie Burger and Vegetable Risotto, can't wait to try the new curry!

Went there last night with my Sister 😃. We both enjoyed the atmosphere and the super friendly and welcoming staff. My sister had the burger which she enjoyed throughly and I had the mac and cheese which was absolutely delicious 😍. The food was surved in good time and was a good temperature when it arrived. We also both had chocolate brownie for desert which we enjoyed but my sister did not finish hers due to her being full from her main and the brownie had nuts in which was not to her taste. I felt as if this could have been clearer on the menu as the brownie could have been advertised as "nutty warm brownie". Other than that the food was very good value for money. 😃 We will definitely be coming again. 😊 Thank you!

I attended a private function at the cosy club last night and the service, food and atmosphere was excellent. Very friendly staff and lush cocktails, together with a delicious variety of food made my first experience of the cosy club a good one. Thanks , will be revisiting soon.
Cosy by name and cosy by nature. I've been booked there several times now it's a venue that really makes you feel at home and staff have been very helpful to me several times. The food is also delicious and I look forward to attending again.
Staff there are fab - atmosphere as COSY as it can get - superb place for a meal out or just a yummy cocktail

We had a wonderful time catching up with friends and family in this establishment. The food was fantastic, as was the service. We look forward to an excuse to arrange another luncheon there in the near future.
Lovely place to meet with friends or colleagues. Food was great and tasty as well. No on site parking but a few options around.
Back ground music is not in the back ground, great if you are cleaning cooking or bored working there.
I did ask to turn it down which my waitress did. She was very good attentive.
But the music came up in volume as I ate.
Not for me, loud music for a chilling breakfast.

Great night at Cosy Club. Been here a few times and would recommend it. 3 courses plus drinks for 4 people for under 150 quid is pretty good value. The food was great and the service excellent. No complaints. Well worth a visit.
Comfortable surroundings, quiet when we were there for brunch so all was calm. Pleasant attentive service and the food the party ordered was liked by all and while not that cheap was good enough value insomuch that I only needed ½ an on-the-road sandwich mid pm to last me until we got home.
Impressive old building accommodating Cosy Club Hereford.
Bar was well stocked with a variety of beers wines and spirits - food was generously proportioned and expertly presented......not a massive choice on the menu, but enough to offer something to the majority of diners.
We called in for evening dinner and lunch and would highly recommend
Went here for Cocktails with a friend. Brilliant atmosphere, fantastic friendly staff, very well decorated and thought out , the Cocktails are brilliant too.
Serves food but we didn't have any, what we saw looked lovely.
Has 2 gardens so can enjoy sitting out in Nice weather.
What an amazing venue for a family get together. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout all the planning stages for my wife’s special birthday.
They decorated the rooms and made it so welcoming for guests. The food was delicious and the staff worked hard to ensure everyone enjoyed the evening. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

Really lucky to have been to three of the cosy club chain, Liverpool, Cardiff and Hereford and it's always brilliant!
This one in Hereford is absolutely class and a must visit if you're in the area!
The building itself is decorated to a very high standard and is warm and welcoming!
The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing, loads of vegan options too!

Visited today with my sister and son. I had put a special request when booking for a quiet table due to my son having autism which means he can get overwhelmed with noise and people. If my baby brain is correct, I think the member of staff was called George!?
I had a phone call almost instantly offering me a quiet table upstairs or even a private room to eat in.
Upon arrival we sat upstairs on our own, we were given the choice to have the music turned down, my son was allowed to swap something on his meal he didn’t like also.
Never been anywhere before that has been so accommodating and understand of my sons needs, this kindness ensured that we experienced a lovely lunch out, something which doesn’t always happen.

A really great and different dining experience. The Art Deco furnishings and laid back atmosphere with staff that are totally 'on the ball' complement the delicious food that arrives promptly at your table. First class in every department!
Visited for the first time today, have to say was possibly the best breakfast we have had in a long time. The breakfast with the pork slice was exceptional and the smashed avocado on sour dough toast was beautiful. A nice place to eat as well!
A range of menus to suit all allergies. The meals were delicious and my husband could relax knowing there were always gluten free options. Excellent service.

Amy Edwards was our waitress today. She was extremely helpful, patient and discussed Christmas menu with us.
Went here for a late lunch, and because we were craving fish and chips, and were not disappointed here. First of all the decor here is very cool. A mix of old world meets new world with a slightly steampunky vibe.
The waitress was also awesome! She was friendly and helpful, and really went out of her way to make us a dessert cocktail...which were delicious!!!!
And the food was excellent! The fish and chips were fresh and tasty, with lovely light batter which was cooked to perfection. It really hit the spot, and I would definitely go back!
First time coming here since living in Hereford for the last 3 years. Having seen it off a night time I wasn't sure but went in with friends today and it was excellent. Drinks were excellent and the food was superb. Fantastic value and the staff were great and chatty. Picture is of a non alcoholic cherry bakewell.
Our waitress Amy was so lovely and so attentive not to mention how incredible the food was, definitely worth the visit and the cosy club sandwich is a must!! definitely want to come again!!
