First time of visiting Miller and carter Saturday night and must say we had a fantastic meal. To top it off we had a fab waiter, Richard who did amazing. Worth his weight in gold. We were there celebrating our 8th wedding anniversary and will most definitely be returning. Thank you all for your hard work. Food was the best.
Although we must of picked the busiest night to go. the meals were to die for. T-bone steak melted in my mouth and the beef dripping sauce was outa this world. Going back is a must

What can I say? WOW!!! Just had the best steak dinner I have had since I was in the states!! Great service and amazing food. Steak was so succulent and tasty and cooked to perfection! Will most definitely be back!
I won a recent Valentine’s Day competition for a £50 Voucher and free bottle of prosecco. My husband and I were booked in on Valentine’s night and we were so impressed. Despite being fully booked all evening the service was excellent, especially our waiter who was very attentive and friendly. We arrived and I was given the voucher as soon as we sat at our table and before I knew it the waiter said he would bring over our bottle of prosecco�The meal was absolutely delicious too and our steaks were cooked to perfection. At the end of our meal the manager came over to our table to ask if everything was ok and to congratulate us on winning which I thought was lovely as he was so busy. We will definitely be returning!�
Visited lunchtime, excellent steaks cooked to perfection! Our server Rich was both very friendly and professional, also knew plenty about where the steaks are sourced which as a farmer is great to hear!! Overall a great experience and will definitely call again when in Hereford!
First ever time coming here. The steak was amazing. We had a sharing chateaubrion with beef dripping to die for. The after eight thirty cocktail was so tasty and all the puds tasted the best! Our intention was to go out after the food but I was that satisfied we went home to bed. Best ever meat! EVER!!
We had a special occasion to celebrate so booked a table in advance. It was our first time and we had great experience. The staff was friendly, our waiter was amazing. He was very professional! Food was very tasty and vine was lovely.

Visited with my friend on Friday to sample the new menu. Starters of salt and pepper calamari and mushrooms in cheese sauce with spinach was lovely. Sea Bream was very tasty, so too was apple crumble tart and custard. We couldn’t believe the prices either. Excellent for the quality and for Manchester too. Will definitely return. Service was excellent also. Thank you.
Our first visit since Covid, and we loved every minute of it.
My visit was during a weekday, so I tried the set 3 couse lunchtime menu, and it was all excellent. Granted, I did pay a little extra to upgrade the sweet, but it was totally worth it.
On top of the excellent food came the excellent service. From the moment you arrived to the moment we left, nothing was to much.
I would highly recommend M & C and I am already looking forward to my next visit

Had never visited a Miller & Carter before. This one was in a nice location, the building was nice and the interior was very modern looking. Clean and tidy which is always good thing. The staff were friendly and efficient.l, and the food was quite reasonable. I don't think anyone quite understands the lettuce wedge with toppings. And the online forums about it are quite hilarious.
All in all a pretty good dining experience and will return for another visit in the future.

Amazing staff, Jenna at host helped us very much and we appreciated her so much. Tom our server was top notch, best service I have ever received!! Nigel, Carl and Sienna our chefs cooked the steaks amazing, couldn’t fault one thing. Would highly recommend.
Our waitress was Ola. She was extremely pleasant, polite and efficient.
Both my husband and I had Rib Eye Steak. We both commented that it was the best steak meal we had experienced, outside, in a long while! The meal was seasoned well, and beautifully cooked. The chef’s name is Ryan - so thank you.
The steak and the food were lovely absolutely banging!! The mushroom wasn't they best it was dry and overcooked please don't cook mushrooms in the oven just do it as normally as you would cook it at home. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and gave us more information about the steak. Overall you guys did an amazing job. The restaurant looks lovely calm and cozy place to be. I would definitely come again.
Very good food cooked to perfection, nice ambience and comfortable surroundings. The excellent food was was complemented perfectly by our outstanding waiter Tom and impeccable host Jenna. Tom went out of his way to meet our needs and went well above great service when he brought my daughter the amazing mocktail. Not only good food but exceptional hospitality made this an excellent night out. Jordan cooked our food exactly as requested.
The food was unbelievably delicious. The lamb was flavourful and tender. Really enjoyed it! The service wasn’t great as we had to remind our waiter on two occasions. Otherwise everyone was polite. But overall amazing and definitely recommend. Perfect for a date night.

It was a sunny Saturday and decided to have a bit of a steaky dinner. We did book our table but it wasn't busy and I'm sure we could have been seated without the reservation.
We were seated upstairs which is exciting. It's very much like being downstairs but you have to walk up the stairs to get to the upstairs area so you are quite literally higher up than you would be if you were downstairs. Anyway, I'm getting carried away with the upstairs downstairs thing here. It really isn't that important. I'll move on.
A smashing member of the team came and took our drinks order and she was very polite and professional and friendly. When the drinks arrived we placed our order and we didn't have starters but went straight to the steaks! We had a mixture of fillets, ribeyes, and sirloins and they all were fantastic. Each cooked perfectly. As a sauce I had the beef dipping sauce which is so good. In fact I think it should really be served by the pint. Anyway, we all really enjoyed our meals and would recommend visiting if you enjoy some steak action from time to time.
We were looked after by Tom who worked so hard from start to finish, I have a gluten allergy and he handled it with ease and care, he double checked everything with our chef Joey and all our food was cooked perfectly! Thank you to both of you! One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time, and the service was outstanding :)
Called in on Saturday lunch time for a bite to eat. Very welcoming on arrival and place looked immaculate. The young lady who looked after us was very friendly and looked after us throughout our stay.. The food was amazing and cooked to perfection. We had the lunch time offer they do between 12pm to 3pm. 16.95 for two courses or 19.95 for three.
We had baked cheddar mushrooms and I had sticky chippottle chicken for starters,followed by signature steak sandwich and I had steak burger...scrummy..Will deffinatly recommend and will return on our next visit..
You could tell that all the staff were friendly and polite in our observations..welldone all and welldone to miller and Carter.

It was a date night visit on a Saturday evening and was our first visit. We had the butchers block to share. The waitress was very knowledgeable and talked us through exactly what it came with and how we’d like each steak cooked. It consisted of a filet each, a rump and a ribeye to share, 2 onion loaves, 2 sauces and the bone marrow. Presentation was perfect. Steaks were cooked to our liking although the rump came well done but it wasn’t worth complaining about. I’ve never had a rump steak which hasn’t been like a sole of a boot. The filets and ribeye was perfect, flavoursome bark on the outside, pink juicy and melt in the mouth. The onion loaf was a nice touch and very tasty. We had a pan seared scallops although the smaller one was overcooked but still delicious. The table was for two which by the time the platter, sides, chips, salad wedge and drinks went on, it’s was uncomfortably small as it was so full. Our waitress was helpful and attentive. Food came quickly and was hot, fresh and cooked pretty much to our liking and tasty. Overall we had a nice experience and will definitely be visiting Hereford Miller and Carter again.

We visited M&C for an evening meal on the 12th Aug. The food was very good, hot and presented nicely. We had one small complaint, our coffees were cold after they’d been left to stand at the bar, but the waitress changed them upon request. Our Waitress (Sophie) was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Our reason for marking down the atmosphere is because the fittings are like looking very tired. Holes in the carpet, tape holding together steps and seats looking very worn.
