What can I say about this little hidden gem!! The food is absolutely out of this world. I’ve eaten here 3 times now and each time I’m in awe of the creativity and amazing flavours of each dish. There’s not one I’ve not liked!
The hostess Beth, can not do enough for you and she’s explains what is in each dish when it’s presented to you and how the food has been made. She was so accommodating when we arranged a hen do gathering at the restaurant as well which made life much easier for those of us organising it. A lovely, lovely person who really makes you feel welcome. So if you’re looking for some fine dining in a lovely location, then you cant go wrong with this place. Personally, I think it’s the best place to eat in town � xx
Popped in on the off chance last night, the food was amazing, flavours great throughout each dish. We had a pigeon dish and crab dish with a dish of patatas bravas which complemented both dishes. Service was excellent and the Merlot superb, a very good night, definitely will call by again,
White onion soup, artisan bread, zingy, refreshing crab salad, beef rib-eye with blue cheese gnocchi, triple cooked chips and even managed to squeeze in a dessert purely cos we live nearly 200 miles away and who knows when we’ll get this way again. Brilliant food, creative, exciting, amazing quality and such a sweet and attentive hostess. We really wish this young couple well. Hereford, we envy you , you’re so fortunate to have this special place in which to dine.
Clean, contemporary venue with amazing food which was a treat for the taste buds. I got to enjoy the smoked duck, stew and wood pigeon and all where packed with flavour and I'd have them all again. The food was presented as art adding to the feeling of extravegence and the service was excellent. It's an independent restaurant where they make you feel important and care about your experience. I wish them all the luck

If you’re in Hereford you’d be completely mad not to have lunch at Madame and Adam highly recommend and reasonably priced too.
Such great flavours. Definitely recommend. Will be returning asap. Lovely waitresses with great knowledge.
Incredible food. Beautifully presented, amazing flavours and very clever dishes. Love the concept that its a step up from Tapas, sort of inbetween a tapas and a starter. Great service. Not what I was expecting from the simple interior - a must if you are in Hereford.

Such a personalised, special dining experience from this small, independent and creative restaurant. Very good food, beautifully presented with a great deal of time and effort put into it by Swav the chef, who spends his free time foraging unusual ingredients such as birch tree sap and edible wild greenery. Friendly, cheerful and helpful service from the other half of 'Madam & Adam', Beth, who works hard to ensure the experience is enjoyable. I'll be coming again.

Had dinner here tonight with the family, we've been wanting to go since it opened. The service was awesome and the food was even better. The menu is great and no two items are the same. The selection is unique for Hereford too. Just a great place to spend an evening.

If you're looking for something different when dining out, then give Madam Adam a try. Well presented, very tasty dishes and with two of their smaller plates, you'll sample twice as many flavours as a meal anywhere else. Very personal service as well. (Review also gone onto Trip advisor)
Finally had the opportunity to visit this "local gem" in Hereford, even the Good Food Guide agrees with me.
It's an intimate setting on the bank of the river Wye with only a couple of table, so do book well in advance.
The food is simply amazing! The plates a well balanced and it's generally recommended that you have 2-3 per person.
The Madam & Adam team go foraging to provide some quirky parts of the well crafted dishes.
Well worth the visit, and with an ever changing menu you may come back frequently.
Wonderful! We were first in so a little quiet when we arrived but the atmosphere improved quickly. The food was fantastic, we had 4 dishes a side and a pudding all of which were based around things we knew but with some very interesting combinations! It was a bit like a Michelin star restaurant without the pretentiousness or price! Definitely will be returning.
The food was amazing, great service and helpful owner. The idea of small plates of shared fine dining food is a great idea to try more of the menu. The only thing was that we shared between four and you don't always get the full flavour profile that the chef designed because you are all diving in. Would be perfect between two and will definitely go again.
Fantastic eatery. First of all a massive thank you to Beth and Adam for providing a fine dining cuisine with the convenience of tapas. We managed to get squeezed in for a table of two and had 3 plates between us with some sides. Every bite was an adventure in gastronomic delicacy, with swarms of flavours swirling in the mouth. The portions were great and fabulous guidance on ordering. Cannot mention how friendly the welcome was, don't think the reviews do this place justice. I think we will definitely return to try some of the other plates on offer. Thank you for hosting a wonderful evening.
Some of the best food I have ever had! Food that is so creative and passionately produced!! Can't beat the people it's made and served by either. The chief clearly loves what he does as the food shows this, as does Beth who is the most friendly host. Plus an amazing view of the river to top it all off with.
Six of us went for dinner on Saturday. Absolutely fabulous! We shared 14 dishes between us and were all absolutely stuffed!! The food was fantastic and lovely wine too. Smashing service also. The only shame is that we don't live closer to Hereford, so that we could make this a regular haunt! Keep up the good work.
Superb food, great service and lovely location. I was a little skeptical about the 'small plates' but two plates left me feeling suitably full. Couldn't not order desert after the mains were so good! (don't think about it, have that brownie).
Take advantage of them being relatively new in Hereford - it won't be long until people realise what great food this place offers and then it'll be booked 3/6 months in advance. Definitely revisiting, now my first choice for where to dine in Hereford.
Our second visit to this wonderful restaurant. Superb exciting food which is beautifully presented. Great front of house service. This is a special place where you can tell how much the food is loved. A little gem.
This is one of the best meals I have ever had. Exquisite. If you haven't yet been, do yourself a favour, book and go. I can't recommend Madam & Adam highly enough. Oh, and the service is great too.
This is the 3rd time we have visited this restaurant. The food is amazing well presented and you can taste all the flavours. I would definitely recommend madam and Adams. Beth is brilliant such a laugh service is excellent you will not be disappointed.
