We visited Henley on my birthday and spotted this place for vegan-friendly lunch. We weren't disappointed as they had a great range of options and we both had the teriyaki poke bowl which was delicious! It also had a nice lively atmosphere and was clearly popular
Stopped here for lunch today and really enjoyed the pesto and mozzarella wrap, and falafel wrap. Made fresh to order and both were really tasty. The wrap was big enough for my children to share and, as well as providing an extra plate, they also provided extra salad to accompany the wrap. Amazing co

Popped in for lunch today and was pleasantly surprised by the great value for money and nutritious food that was on offer.
The salad I had was great and the carrot cake that followed was also delicious.
I'll definitely be back at some point.
We had the most amazing service at Sage and Squash. My son had a fantastic ice cream with an oreo on top, the ice cream is amazing.
The waiters were friendly and could not have been more kind and helpful. Really great place.

I was so excited for Sage & Squash to open, especially knowing Phood Baby's cupcakes were going to be sold there! I visited straight away with my mum, grabbed a coffee, chicken poke bowls, and of course cupcakes! The service was excellent and staff were friendly. We ordered the Lotus biscoff cheesec
Tried the last three weeks but I was too slow to get one of the fancy cakes. Managed to queue and get two this week before they sold out. Absolutely worth the wait. I'll be back to try get a couple more flavours next week.
I visited after work for a coffee but picked up a cake too. Amazing cakes and coffee was pretty good. I hadn't known they did high end products but now I do I will definitely be back. Great little find.
Amazing coffee, top pastries, luscious gelato and lovely lunches. The staff are lovely and make a big fuss of our little boy who absolutely loves them and the gelato!
Omg if I could eat their poke bowl everyday I would, possibly even twice.
I now eat them everywhere they’re on the menu and it is courtesy of this one that started it and I will continue to come back to this one at every opportunity.
