I would thoroughly recommend stopping here for a very warm welcome, delicious food and friendly service. Our black Labrador was greeted with a bowl of clean water to drink, and a place by the log fire while we ate our lunch. Thank you to The Little Angel :D

Rather fabulous experience and beautifully located so close to the town. Dropped in unexpectedly after a dog walk and a local exploratory trip on a whim. Charming service and welcome. Dogs allowed inside and out including water bowls. Wonderful ale, nice setting, young enthusiastic service with a smile. The food was beautifully cooked and the beef Sunday roast a delight. Chose to dine at the leather sofa area but plenty of free formal tables available. They have this place spot on. Well done, you deserve to be very successful.

Popped in without reservation booking to free car park. Lovely looking pub - we were sat in the conservatory. Excellent food and service - the free warm flavoured bread and whipped butter was lovely. We shared a starter (mushroom pate and sourdough), then had fish and chips - the hugest real chips ever - just perfect with no extraneous batter. Gorgeous. Glass of lovely house white and shandy and two coffees. All for £70-ish inc service. Result! Absolutely too stuffed for pud. Fully recommend.

Nice ambience in the conservatory.... the service was good. The plaice with brown shrimps and caviar was nice, but didn't live up to the description (you couldn't taste the caviar). Quite pricey, all told and the poor fish looked a bit lonely without any green or red or anything else on the plate.

Went for lunch with a colleague and found the place to be very welcoming. If I am honest I was a little underwhelmed with the lunchtime menu choice. The quality of the food I would personally consider at just above average. The place both inside and outside was very presentable, with a nice warm atmosphere, it was admittedly fairly quiet at the time, being a midweek afternoon. The main restaurant was pretty vast, plus there were additional areas to eat, including a nice outside courtyard I know the place has changed hands of late, it’s a decent start but think with a few tweaks it could be really good local pub/eatery

Excellent 👍. It has been some years since we visited and what a pleasant surprise!! Good selection of beers 🍻 and what a menu! The food was excellently cold and presented. Keep up he good work. I’ll certainly be calling back for more.

As a result of The Bull in Henley having plumbing problems, we ended up here. I really enjoyed my mushroom parfait starter which was followed by lamb (very small portion) with cauliflower and a delicious sauce. It became very busy and the combination of a screaming baby, dogs barking and the high volume of chatter made the visit very unpleasant. It was impossible for us to hear what the other was saying, and it was headache making. Such a shame as the dining area is very attractive, but with stone/tile floors, no tablecloths etc. the noise is amplified

The food is absolutely fantastic. When was the last time you went to a restaurant that made their own mayonnaise? Little things like this make a big difference. Service is top notch. Great location. My new favourite pub by a large margin.

Great service, lovely food and a beautiful setting. Overall a wonderful pub. Alex and the team were a joy, get patient with the five kids in our party, and very friendly and attentive. We felt like it was our local even though it was the first time we've been. We'll be going back. :-)

We brought our best friend here for his birthday recently and we had the best time! The food was incredible, and the menu felt really well thought-out. The highlight of our visit was the warm, welcoming and hilarious service from Alicia. She made our visit special and is such an asset to your team. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Spacious, high-end pub with a lovely conservatory for dining. Staff were very friendly and professional, providing an all round great service- and compliments to the Chef for the best Burger (and best chips) I have eaten. Will certainly be returning for this.

We only ate lunch there, not stayed. Food was good. Service was friendly and helpful, although a little slow when the place was full. We stayed later than most and weren't chased out. We did take the last place in the car park, so I'd be wary of arranging a meeting of a lot of people at a busy time. Convenient (if you're coming from the right direction) location at the edge of Henley.

We visited today. This is a lovely pub. The interior is nice, really nice. A good ambiance, and a few nice little pockets/snug type spaces in which to relax with a pint or a glass of wine. The conservatory area is a nice place in which to eat. Both food and service was absolutely perfect. Would recommend entirely. I hope my photos do it all justice. I think they do.

A three generational family lunch, our first visit to the Little Angel. Loved the decor & ambiance, & the friendly efficient staff. I ordered a ribeye pork steak & found it delicious. We did find the desserts small, especially the chocolate tart which disappeared in three mouthfuls. Everybody enjoyed the food & it would've been five stars if the desserts were bigger.

We came here as a large group, for 2 wonderful days from Henley Regatta for a quick bite. The service was outstanding, the food being cooked so quick and all the staff being so welcoming and amazing with the large group seating. The food - OUTSTANDING - I could recommend the whole menu - the complimentary bread and butter was freshly made, warm, and delicious, the best i’ve ever had! The atmosphere was amazing and everything was so clean. I will definitely be making more reservations to the Little Angel for the future. Thank you so much! - Andrey Kharchenko

Friendly and helpful staff. Had fish and chips which I found a bit greasy and on the small side compared to other places I've eaten. My daughter really enjoyed her burger.
