We arrived at the Elephant and Castle and were greeted straight away with a warm welcome and a friendly smile.

Service was excellent. Food was nice but the chips were undercooked and a bit white for my liking. Steak was cooked to perfection. Overall it was a nice meal for me and my wife sat at side of the log burner.

Three of us called in for lunch. Decent menu and we opted for 2 of the hot roast beef + 1 hot sirloin sandwiches. All cooked well & accompanied with home made chips & salad. The sirloin was just right but my friends said the roast beef was a bit chewy ....
